Open more spaces, that way you are going to improve the probability to receive a good talented yp.
If you have a short number of spaces the probability of receive a talented player decrease.

Tbh, if it's anything like my school he'll have done all that and still not had any luck. I've been here about 3.5 years and yet to pull anything bigger than incredible also. I've pulled a lot of good quality though but still nothing above incredible. I've also had magical youth coach, upto 30 spots free etc, so it does happen that you get no luck :p.

Yes, you can also be unluky

maybe you sack week skilled newbies?

i keep everyone, and sack onbly if talent is worse than 5...
if you select new ones too soon, than you want get any talents imo

last 5 weeks only one fc*** junior every Saturday :@ and the best was weak .. im so "happy"

Nope, I even keep the weaker skilled ones to determine their talent. I'm just not very lucky with pulling high level juniors :p.
