Subject: Plus problem
I paid 2 years ago for PLUS. Never got it :D I didnt get money back too.
You paid 2 years ago and did nothing after 2 or 3 or 7 days and mention it after 700 days???!!!
Sorry, but imho the problem has nothing to do with plus.
Btw, most people I know, who paid for plus (about 30 people), had no problem with the activation. Only one from my friends had a problem. He wrote a mail and after 10 days his plus was activated. Finally I also know of 5 more cases with no immediate activation and all problems were solved in less than 2 weeks.

He activated plus yesterday and in a few seconds it was on.

I reported that, but nothing. It was problem with PayPal. That was last time that i tried to get plus, never again. Admins dont care about sokker anymore.
Hm not sure about that they just do not have power over plus but lots of users we helped. You provide proof of payment and they will contact the owner. Send me payment details and I can request investigation
In the morning I renewed the plus, and until the afternoon it was ok !!! PayPal became the transaction.

You can try writing to the owner damian and set your message subject to something like "PLUS - complaint" (at least I saw similar questions and answers on Polish forum and seemed to work). He sometimes logs in, so maybe in a month You will get Your PLUS.
