middle of week 2 - Wednesday 28 October 2015 - official participation deadline
end of week 2 - untill Friday 30 October 2015 - draw of 1/32 finals or 1/16 or 1/8 finals (depending on the number of participating teams)
end of week 3 - Friday 6 November 2015 - Start of the tournament (=first game) - 1/16 finals
start of week 4 - Saturday 7 November 2015 - draw of next stage knock out matches
end of week 4 - Friday 13 November 2015 - 1/8 finals
end of week 5 - Friday 20 November 2015 - 1/4 finals

And on the following again the rules. I highlighted some parts, because I want everybody to be aware of them. I will appreciate it if somebody can make a translation in spanish of §1.1, §2-2.5 and §3.2

Rules
§ 1. U20 limit
§ 1.1. Maximum allowed age is 20.
§ 1.2. If a team uses at least 1 player in the age of 21, the team looses the game 0-3 (walkover)
§ 1.3. If both teams of a match use at least 1 player in the age of 21, both are disqualified.
§ 2. Arrangement of game
§ 2.1. The invitations have to be send according to the draw, which will be announced latest on Saturdays at 8:00 (in the morning) sokker time.
§ 2.2. Home team [sends invititaion with cup mode, till Monday 23:59 sokker time.
§ 2.3. If it not happens till Monday 22:00, the hometeam is disqualified.
(There is only one possibility to avoid this: You have to write on the forum WHEN (date and sokker time) you will send the invitation and send also skmail to the manager of the awayteam o inform him. Your delay will be accepted only if the manager of the awayteam agrees! His answer has to be written on the forum)
§ 2.4. If it is not in cup mode and the result is draw, the guest team wins the game (= qualifies for the next round).
§ 2.5. Awayteam accepts invitation till Wednesday 22:00 sokker time. If not, awayteam is disqualified
(except the manager of the hometeam agrees to wait and writes it on the forum).
§ 3. Knockout mode, Tournament, draw, duration, participants
§ 3.1. The tournaments takes place if there are more than 12 participant teams.
§ 3.2. The organising comitee can ban, replace or recall teams in the tournament. The explanation about such an act must be announced in the forum and has to be in the interest of the Mini World Cup;

Example for §3.2 :
I remember that I had arranged on past year a U20 friendly with lokixo5. I sent him a skmail to confirm that all players will be U20 and he answered ok. A few days later we played the friendly and 3 of his players were 21...
Nevertheless I sent him an invitation (I decided to forgive...)
Many of you received the same invitation and you wrote on the forum: YourCountrysName U20 ok
He just sent me a skmail with just "ok" - Some of you did also the same and you received all a new skmail from me where I explicit asked you to write: "YourCountrysName U20 ok"
Most of you did so, some of you told me that they wanted to play mixed, so they cancelled their registration - just one user, lokixo5, wrote only "Panama". Only this, without "U20"
To make it clear:
1. lokixo5 and Panama are for me out of the tournament. I don´t want to spend more time, to be sure that he will play U20 - 2 skmails were enough.
(Only if somebody else takes responsibility for him, I will recall my decision. By "taking responsibility" I mean: If he uses 1 player in the age of 21, then both, his team and your team are out of the tournament.)
2. I want all players from all teams to be U20. Everybody who wants to cancel his registration, he is free to do it, without having to give explanations or excuses - It´s ok, it´s fair.
