Ok, I'm quitting the job as Denmark senior NT-Coach after 5 seasons and 2 missed qualifications. Technically I fired myself...
Nobody of the active members in our national forums seem to want to have a go.
So: we are looking for my replacement. The team is ranked 41 right now, but there is a lot of potential. I seem to be losing to smarter tactics even when we are often 3-4 avg.rating-points better. In my preferred tactic, we usually average about 76.
You will most likely be able to stay for at least 3 seasons, aiming for next qualification and world cup (I cannot promise that, of course, but usually the winner gets about 10 votes, so unless you make yourself unpopular (*ahem Behmen*) you should be able to continue your work.
Our database is very carefully researched, tidy and updated. So if you have the right tactic, we should have the players to go way higher than rank 41.
The last 2 qualifications we were 3rd seeded and finished 3rd. So the task is simple: get us one step up - and to the world cup!

A couple of you have written directly to me. I cannot pick the next coach, of course, so just keep the challenge in mind and run for it, when the time comes, so we have some quality to choose from. Thanks!
I've just had a look at sokker Danmark and unsurprisingly the language of choice is Danish ;-)
So my question is how much of a disadvantage do you think it would be if the new coach couldn't speak/write a word of Danish and could only communicate in English? Thanks.

I do not speak German, and I use google translate or English when I need to say something, so I imagine that the new manager of Danmark could do the same I'm doing ;-)
