I am satisfied with my junior school and I invest in it as much as possible. Will keep even kinda crappy players. Junior school makes this game more interesting. Right now I am waithing for an unearthly junior who will arrive as an 18yo in the 3rd week of next season. Shame that I have kept only few of my youths, last one I kept is now 25yo.

Here is my top 12 I made a month ago.

1. Kaimo Tammi - 64 000 000 $

2. Kalev Pehk - 53 093 360 $

3. Valev Laipmann - 49 952 000 $

4. Bjorn Kupersepp - 36 416 000 $

5. Aigar Undusk - 36 000 000 $

6. Vahur Raag - 31 776 000 $

7. Reigo Puussaar - 27 616 000 $

8. Olli Ehamaa - 25 371 000 $

9. Raio Nurme - 24 366 000 $

10. Inno Alonen - 22 900 000 $

11. Huko Aavik - 22 130 676 $

12. Arpo Võsoberg - 21 666 000 $

Investing in youth school always worths it. Even I'm not so lucky with juniors, I still have 2 decent ones come out and selling them give me enough money to cover the costs of YS for 7 YS (though I just started 3 seasons ago).
The problem with YS is that either you don't invest, or you invest heavily in it (at least magical coach), any way between gives you only rubbish.

I made my youth school in a progressive way.
I started with a formidable coach in my first season leaving 6 free places more every week till reaching 24. But I must say I didn't invest in strikers nor goalkeepers for my first team.
Now, in my 4th season I have a brilliant coach. My school level is solid after Thursday rejects; good meanwhile. I'm very happy with youth school and I hope to improve it at maximum. :D

You are lucky

The YS is definitely not worth it. However, if you care about your country's NT it's a must.

I like all people who stop with their youth, that makes youthplayers more rare and so more profitable ;)

And it is no luck, it is karma (a)

lol it's selfish of you to think it that way but it's true, but remember you have to buy youngster as well, so you spend money for it as well as earn money from it

I do, only for 4 weeks though.

well i have made good money on my school, around double up and a former U/21 and future U/21 in squad....
i run my budgets so i have the best possible coaches, juniorschool open and so, but without losing or gaining much on 14 week basis, then when getting juniors that are money worth it can be used for improvements and my trainees are then the other way to make money (right now im saving up though) and then im losing on my older players, but trying to make that loss small compared to what i gain on youths and trainees so i keep improving...
The former u/21 i have was pulled with a VG coach, and i have also run the school with formidable coach and incredible coach with good profits on each three level of coaches.
Now i have magical youth coach, as i hope to pull NT potential players...

that many people close their school is good for the rest of us, our talents become more worth... but i guess other small countries like denmark is experiencing a bigger gap in nt performance up to the big nations as we are...

i have a small benefit from my youth school, but - much more important - i've pulled him:
Dani Mărăşescu

i have very little in the line of hope for youths lately :/

More than 8 months passed and so far no decent pulls... -.-

I have brilliant YC.

its all luck.
i had nothing good for this season it seemed.
now
Scott Dodrill 16 adequate outfield 2 16
Buster Merriman 16 solid outfield 16 (+1) 17

first guy was good last week, second was good also.
i guess they both cud be stars if talented.
it took me at least a few season before i was starting to see rewards from YS. the main benefit i have seen is in training my own youths.
i have lots of players in my team from my own youths. its a big plus to have it once you have a bit of cash. once i pull another youth i will sell another older player probably and continue like that
