Subject: youth school

I`m training goalkeepers and I can agree that 19 or 20 yr gk from youth school can`t be profitable or top goalkeeper but there should be average keepers (or any player) on TL for lower division clubs

yes.. i am understand you..

but i will not fire players with taleto to 3-4

if coming like 19y with 10 gk and somebody buy him for pace trainink i can earn some money in future + for sell players.

of course, if they do not have talent, fired their....

and must think about one think. some players have write gk, but can not to be gk.....

this one slovak players come like 17y gk with 6 gk....

his owner trained him like mid, becasue had other skills too good and i had him in U21 like the best wing.

Someone nows why sometimes the school received 1 or 2 players every week? in other hand, why i never get good youngers players? not well distribution or talent or habilities well made?
