Someone nows why sometimes the school received 1 or 2 players every week? in other hand, why i never get good youngers players? not well distribution or talent or habilities well made?

I have many ideas for you :
- Because you worth it ;-)
- Did you pay YouthPlus each week ? It gives you always 6 juniors available and with some nice skill distribution. It costs 1 € / week only.
- Do you believe in Santa Claus ?
- If you play lottery, you often win.
- Hazard is not an option in your knowledge.
- Victimism is an option in your knowledge

All are just here to laugh a little and is here only to tease you a bit. Sorry ;-)

Its normal to have periods of 4-5 seasons where you are unlucky, and for some longer.... you have not had your school open for long... :)

What's the lowest skill your new junior have in every age level when you decided to accept them in the youth school? Is a weak [4] 17 year old worth keeping if he has more than one season time until graduate?

I would keep them if it's in the first weeks of the new season.

Are there people that actually make a profit out their youth squad? I have been running one for about three seasons (brilliant coach) and the balance is a loss of about 2 million. Looking at the players that I currently have and the quality I am receiving, that is not going to change anytime soon. I am correct to guess people just do for the fun of it, despite the actual balance being negative.

Yes, it says 18.5 million worth of youth player sold. Good compared to costs of about 6.7 million (57 weeks times 20k+60k). Over the 2016 the balance does not look so good though. Also, about 14m out of 18m comes from only 6 players. So essentially its a lottery.
