Right now I have 13, 'cause I implemented this strategy recently. Usually I keep 1 or 2 every week and sack the other.

No, real! I sack some players, so that I have 5 vacant places for new arrivals on Saturday morning.
Then, they stay all till Thursday, till training and after training of Thursday, latest Friday night, I decide which players have to leave the club, so I have again 6 vacant places.

e.g. now I have 29 juniors (after the 5 arrivals of Saturday) and after Thursday I will decide which 5 players I will sack, so that 6 new arrivals are possible.

Btw, there is no hope on my juniors school for players in age of 20 and my standards (level) for age 19 are also very high.
On the contrary, standards for younger players are very low, because the can have a very nice distribution of skills.

I think you are losing around 100-150k per year, for keeping players, who will be worth crap when they are pulled:) but is not much, compared with coach, so it is ok!
Because I never have more than 20 youths on friday night, usually 15-17.

I wonder if it's bad to open youth school because it's the end of season or there is no difference? I mean even if i get 16yo players in youth school now, the new seasom is coming and they will all turn 17 soon anyway?

It is better to wait till the age update, they would soon turn 17yrs

But since you have just started I would recommend to not open junior school so soon. There is very little starting money and it mustbbe spent very cautiously otherwise you risk money troubles

Hmm right, good coaches are expensive.. But as i opened my first juniors came out today and of them has 2 weeks to leave the youth school and has 6 skill.. So 2 weeks is still this season and i wonder if 16yo with possible 6 skill might be something worth to wait

even with the best skill distribution (very small chance) you would not get anything. At the beginning of the season 6level junior can bring you nice money, but not now

But they are rare to get..... i would advise as slavista....

My advice for a start club would be to get a gk trainer and 2 gk trainees, or a def trainer and 10 free def trainees age 16-17 (if you want advice how they should look, ask).... and be very careful about the money...... last the first 2 seasons without going bankrupt, and you are ready to sell some talents to get better funds...

I would also recomend skip one season with youths, just not to get bancrupt, but train IMO 10 defenders - after 1 season you already will make decent money, so you can open youth school with ~incredible coach, so you won't get bancrupt:)
And to answer the question about the end of season - do not start your youth school now, if you want to start it asap, then better start after age update, because now is the worst time to start it as it is 3 weeks until age update. You will get players, who usually will be not worth anything and you will spend extra 30-50k on those 3 weeks

Hi, if you got the money to keep junior school opened, you got the money to have at least 13 level youth coach.
I would say it is not worth it

Wait a little before to open the youth school, at least 2 or 3 seasons, time to make some profit buying / training / selling some young trainees.

Then open the youth school week 0 of the season because now week 11 youngsters will be one year older very soon.

I would go for a coach at least brillant but be careful to the salary.

But my main advise would be to wait for the youth school reform in few seasons. Devs will implement new functionalities to help us knowing exactly the impact on the coach on the youth development, etc...

Dont waste your money till then.

13 is sufficient, but I checked that you just started, so I am with Damien2a that you should wait about 2 seasons before you open junior school
