Subject: youth school

13 is sufficient, but I checked that you just started, so I am with Damien2a that you should wait about 2 seasons before you open junior school

i opened youth school right away :) probably was mistake but making own players is something money cant buy :)

but take into consideration that:
1. I played 10 years ago. I know this game, tactics, how to buy cheap and good players. How train them.
2. In Poland in V league we have got good money from sponsors, and i will promote to higher league and i am not going to be relegeted :)
3. this is true:
"sviktorov do slavista

i opened youth school right away :) probably was mistake but making own players is something money cant buy :)"
=youth school is great fun :D

so maybe junior school with 13 trainer is not so bad idea ? :)
whot do you think ? :)

ok if I were you I would open few place at the beginning of next season and if you get some good juniors after few weeks, I would hire 13 level junior coach. I would not hire incredible junior coach straight away, because it is just waste of money without any good juniors
but keep in mind that you must have junior coach assigned on saturday morning update, because otherwise all incoming juniors would appear tragic. But you can deal with that if you place your assistant or main coach as junior coach after thursday training and then place him back on the original position after saturday morning update

That's what i did i bought trainers according to my budget ( i did the mistake not fire those from drafts that i did not need) i was a lame newbie :) then after every season or two, i was upgrading one by one coaches always the weakest one.
to be honest, now i have an unearthly coach but my best youth came with magical even with brilliant i had good ones ...
so i assume 13 will be ok as start

Hi Guys.
I am considering to start the youth school.
Doing the maths its pretty expensive for me at the moment.
I could only afford Formidable / Outstanding youth coach
( i know most of the managers reccommend at least brilliant / magical)

Does anyone have these coaches?
Can you share your experiences with juniors who got same level (11-12) of youth training?
It would be great help even to see few players after contract....
I would appreciate any advice on this topic ;)

IMO based on my few friends, who started sokker and I encouraged them to make a youth school from a very beginning:
Youth school is some type of gambling, but in a long run will pay off.
You can start with formidable/outstanding coach, no problem. Maybe it will cost you for one season without paying off, but you just need 1 player, who will come 16 or 17yo with great skill, wil be in your team for up to 10 weeks and you will get plenty of money if you get lucky. For this you don't need amazing coach.
Coach helps when you pull 16yo "good" youth with 32 weeks. Then your coach has a big impact on development of your youth.
Eventually you will upgrade your coach, but I would recommend to start right away ;)

i will take your advice fornado, thx a lot ;)

I think you won't regret:)
You can check those two teams, which my friends are playing:
https://sokker.org/statistics_team/teamID/9135 14.4M income from youths, playing for 2.5 years
https://sokker.org/statistics_team/teamID/9018 16.2M income from youths, playing for 3,5 years

Check the sum they got for players from their teams. If you discard coach salary for the period of their playing time, you will see that they both are in huge profit from youth school.
I am not sure what coaches they have right now, but i am sure, that even if you add magical coach salary for WHOLE period of time, they both are in HUGE profit.
Good luck to you!

i started youth school when im starting game with magical coach. After 3 seasons all my juniors are trash. So many times i fired juniors because they are so bad. 2 weeks ago outstanding junior come at 18 y
i trying sell noone buy him because hes shit. You must wait for youth school. When you have good economy then you can start.

of course you will get bancrupt if you start with magical coach and within few months you won't get lucky.
You can get formidable coach with 8,5k salary or outstanding with 12,5k salary, so you wouldn't feel such a pain as with magical coach.

Outstanding is a minimum. And it's work! It's all depend on your youngs entries. Dont be afraid to sack the poor potentials, don't wait, and keep the best potentials. (You can check Sktables to review your team, youngs potential are evaluate every weeks. http://www.yfolire.net/~sktables/ )

Imo, brilliant is a minimum. Outstanding coaches won't bring you profidable players. You will be paying to build up your quantity at the cost of quality.
If sokker would have 50k users, it's another thing, but now, there's not enough managers who are interested in mediocre players. You play in league 4, winning everything with trash players!
Going on to 3th, you can manage with slightly better players and even with only 1 or 2 stronger teams, depending on the number of users in your country, you might even be able to play champion with 1 fast striker and 2 decent defs and a keeper.
Then you come in 2nd class and the difference between 3th and 2nd is 20 - 30 rating points... So you'll never getting better if you put your money in the lottery, unless you're extremely lucky. I always choose quality and certainty over luck.

The chance you get a potential star player is bigger when you have a better coach.
The chance your potential player has a top talent is always the same but he will have much better results with a better coach
See the levels as the next...

You have a magical coach and he has the potential to become magical, he WILL with a magical coach.
Yet, the same player will only be able to get outstanding with an outstanding coach...

The skill distribution is 100% random so no contribution to the coach there.

Strongly disagree.
It is not how it counts.
One LT guy got divine youth with magical coach, so lets say +2 levels higher youth.
Also there are many examples when player spends up to 10 weeks amd you get 2m+ for him.
I agree you probably won't reach magical youth with formidable coach but it should pay off without this kind of youth.
2021-12-21 00:41:11
For example one guy pulled this:

solid youth

Grigorijus Sebežiovas , amžius 16
vertė: 51 000 €
alga: 850 €
labai geras [9] pasirengimas (forma)
ūgis: 180 cm, svoris: 82.1 kg,
KMI: 25.33

beviltiškas [1] ištvermei tragiškas [0] vartininkas
geras [7] greitis menkas [3] gynėjas
solidus [8] technikai vidutiniškas [5] žaidimo org.
beviltiškas [1] perdavimas menkas [3] puolimas

Sold for 6 mill.
For this type of youths you don't even need a formidable coach :))
This is just an example.
