Really a big surprise! One hit wonder?

Norge is really a small surprise, too! (only with 38 managers, like as in Austria..) crna gora isnt a surprise anymore ;-)

Poland, for example! I try to convince him to candidate, but he remains reluctant for the moment.
Hopefully, he will change his mind next season.

tbh he's right to do not try Poland now, i think will be better if he try another country next season to develop more before think in try Poland.

I don't mean this season. After World Cup. He deserves to try himself out during the tournament with Andora.
Your argument is exactly what some people say on polish forum, nevertheless he's got my vote since the success with Andora is not his only achievement in u21. He also won arcade u21 tournament two times in a row with his team, and that's challenging as well!

i also don't mean this season, i mean after U21WC! ^^

will be better for him create more a name coaching a team that have a good level but lacks someone to make this team be better.

But if he wants try Poland after U21WC, i reccomend he have a good assistant with him since Poland is a big community, when i coach Poland, lucky i have Lipa91 to work with me, this make a huge difference.
