Subject: How to get started with Sokker tutorial

Why don't we have a Sokker tutorial in Turkey?

just write a tutorial in forum, and it's done.

Go to the Training page and change individual training to stamina (training match order isn't important with stamina training!). Train the skill stamina for a few weeks till most players have at least 'very good' stamina. Remember, only stamina can be trained to maximum 'formidable'. During the couple of weeks it takes to train stamina you can learn more about training and training-programs (I recommend pace and/or defender training after the stamina training)

Such a waste of training, stamina should only be done 1 week every second season, and the longer you wait (the older the players), the better...


Replace all these players you are selling or have fired with new young players so you have 22 players again to play in your first and second squad.

Well that depends if you are going to train pace... otherwise 10 trainees (for tech, def, pm or pass) is better, and then find some free oldies, that will give much better results....


In this same Training page you find your coaches. Fire all coaches you have, they are really useless. But the players need a head coach to train, so buy one new head coach from the trainers transferlist with 'unearthly' stamina. These head coaches are good to start with (these coaches are ABSOLUTELY NOT good for assistants and junior coach):
● Transferlist head coach UNEARTHLY stamina
(Parameters: Max wage: 100 000 kr., Max price: 200 000 kr., Stamina at least 'unearthly')

If there aren't any useful coaches on the transferlist you have to recruit one. Ask other managers what is important to know before you start recruiting.

What a waste of money, even if you are foolish enough to start with stamina training, you shouldnt recruit a coach just for that....



But otherwise a good tutorial.... maybe needs some more explaining on what kind of trainees you should look after, but covers the most basic....

Starting players have crappy stamina.. they're no good unless you train a few weeks. The unearthly coach can later be used as co-trainer and occasional stamina coach.

Though it may be indeed cheaper to replace all starting players with trainees / ultracheap oldies.

But it is not the most effective training, and you will most probably start in a league at start, where opponents either are much better and cant be beaten just with some extra stamina, or are much worse (if you buy as the guide suggest) and is easily beaten if you set proper tactic.... also about having him as co-trainer, is written in guide that you should fire him, and his wage will also be high compared to general appraisal... it is not the optimal start to do...

The "auto filled in" links you give for TL and coach TL doesnt work, the currency is not translated, so if i try and hit on the one you find for a coach, then instead of max price 25k euro, it is max price 25k danish kroner....

can a junior have talent under 3 weeks in junior school?

before ir wasn´t possible but i would like to know if greg chenge it..

the junior talent is representation of what the trainer estimates. His estimate is based on his skills and if the player plays. So for me is not possible but is a good sign that the player is talented.
Also the talent is representation of the avg pop up on levels around 9-11 on low levels the popup could be under 2 even

Tranas mate, but i just watt to know if is it possível at Junior school a junior site talante belos 3, it wasn' t possível web i was playing solerte, i wonder if is Ana chance on it...

As far as I know talent hasn't been changed, so talent better as 3 is impossible.

There is no difference on the low or high levels in junior school....

Talent, progression and how much each level gives in skillsum, hasnt changed, only thing changed, is that it is now an estimate given by youth coach, what level junior is...... that can look as talent 2, or even 1, for a shorter period of time, but is still not possible under 3....

you are right and then that is good news for me chances to get magical youth are increasing :) i completely forgot about that cause did not had a good youth for a long time.
