Does individual skills actually even matter for junior school?

I think so, since I have this coach my sales and the quality of my juniors has improved considerably.

Based on what I have gained, my opinion is that the better the indivudual skills of the coach the better the quality of the players, so individual skills matter.

Idk what to think, because many say it doesn't matter, but some say it does.

Well this is one of the things explained in official rules, so i dont there can be doubt, that only general level counts.... but the question is then, is there sublevel.... ;)

One coach unearthly all skills vs other unearthly with not all the skills unearthly, who its best! But of course you are write the rules are Unquestionable.


So they are equal in general level, but not in individual skills...

The rules said.

Players enter juniors with different abilities but it is the individual talent and the overall ability of the coach that defines the speed they progress and whether they will be valuable players when promoted from juniors. The moment a junior is ready to join the professional team you can see their skills.

I said tha for me, team with second coatch should had better chances to promote a bether player in technique that the first one, team with coatch with low general level should promote worst players in general skills. So for me its simple the player should be more complete as the general level but also in individual skills like the rules said..

I actually was agreeing with you, i just dont think you understood this sentence: but the question is then, is there sublevel.... ;) Sublevel = 14,1 and 14,4 will both be shown as brilliant coaches in general level, but could have difference.... for all we know, there could even be sublevel to the individual skills
