fair play?

George Gabriel Năsosu [19852480] was fired by his owner, and romanian admins "resuscitated" him and now he is back in the game, where is the free choise to manage the team how you want? is it fair that admins can control how you manage your team and resources?

are you sure that he was fired...? if so, then Romanian users broke the rule - we had Polish players fired [possibly our best mid, Bankert] and admins said that they can't do anything...

yes he was, and now i hope that a fair play action will be taken by admins, a little corection, not romanian admins brought him back, was a wrong information from some romanian users that was given to other admins and they "resuscitated him" because that bad information, and who gave that bad information should be punished too, because that isnt fair play either.

not sure that this is the right topic for it but there is no better one...

when talking about fair play, honest players and stuff, yesterday second player from Romania made me put player from TA on TL, wanted even 2 of mine players, and then didnt bid the price we made agreement... i tried to make sure bid will come, because of bad experience but after 10 massages he managed to "be clean" and make monkey out of me because: " he was not writting euro, he was reading it and writting only 3 mill (of whatever he imagined since there is no valute)" which is enough of situation i guess if you are low moral creature to be still into this game..

btw. if you see player on ta and you like him, just write owner that you will bid, that much which he wants and no valute and player is on tl for you, sadly truth....

a moderator should edit the post above, all the evidence was send to admins, is an insult to me that post, the rules must be apply even if the player is a NT prospect.

Actually, it was (like Will used to say) much ado about nothing. Everything was, in this case, inside the rules.

Administrators reserve themselves rights:

- to ignore all appeals for data recovery (players, stadium, trainers, juniors) if the account hasn't been properly secured (i.e. password was shared with others, was saved in browser on public computer) or that has been made by user's mistake. Other cases (i.e. hacking users accounts) may be restored if possible.

Administrators will not generally perform the following actions, but reserve the right in extreme cases:
- to interfere in cases of not bidding a certain players on agreed price - those are the matters of the mutual agreements between the seller and the buyer and are not supervised by Sokker staff
- to remove any player from the transfer list at the request of the buyer or the seller or others
- to remove any player from the transfer list because they were listed by an emotional action of the owner.

from the game rules.

the player was fired intentionally, even the owner admitted the action.

thanks for quoting the rules.
as you can see, there stays "user's mistake", not user's misclick. i guess we can agree that there are lots of ways someone can mistake, not only by misclick.
and, as it stays in the second paragraph you quoted, emotional action is considered also as a mistake.
obviously, in this case we can talk about an emotional action.

the player wasnt on transfer list, he was fired, he admitted that his intention was to sack him (because he plays like a 3x solid player), not a misclick.

to remove any player from the transfer list because they were listed by an emotional action of the owner.
