ratings are complete nonsense.
it is very easy to fake ratings and many managers know, how to do this.
a nice example is new zealand match against belarus today.
belarus got much lower ratings, but had a much better team.
there wasn´t any chance for new zealand to win this match.
look at the worth of the players, then you can a bit compare the strength of teams.
it says not all, but very much more, than the ratings.

any other statistics are also not helpful to analyse a match.
much ball possession means, you have less playmaking
if the match is mostly in someones side, it means, the opponent plays with offside trap, not more
the counting of scoring chances is ridiculous, because there are very few chances, who are really dangerous. if a defender only tries to disturb a forward, in 90% of scoring chances it will be a fail. and this happens very often.

so better stop counting statistics to analyse a match. it is not helpful.
essential is on the pitch.

Exactly! Sometimes the factor of having a good striker, a well built tactic, etc... May decide the score of a match!

I took a look in your game. All Eesti-goals were scored by substitutes...
I would say there is a problem with the stamina of your defenders...

it`s a decent result for you...if we take after shots and possesion, you don`t have reasons to be angry, eesti is the rightful winner of this game

Surprise was really close in my game too. It seemed that the skills of the Algerian players had been doubled and the skills of my players cut to half. In the last minute of the game my def kicked the ball from the midfield to our own end (where was nobody), my midfielder ran to the ball and passed it to the penaltissa spot where was only the Algerian striker. He didn't score, but somehow that was a really really frustrating game to watch, nothing I could've done cause the engine had decided that it's gonna be difficult for us..

I assume the surprise was that you didn't lose, like you should with all of your U21 games as so weak?
