not 100% sure what You are actually trying to ask but just to make it clear.

He can get training and play his last game for youth team same week in following conditions:

plays for the youth squad on Tuesday
you pull him after Youth match but before Friendly match
plays friendly for senior squad on Wednesday
gets senior training on Thursday

In some way it is realistic, i like this kind of hidden opportunities..
Happens in IRL too, Sebastian Potler (QPR) played as a keeper until 17.
He had to jump in as a keeper when he was 22, freekick save:

And on the other side, there is outfield players with good skills as keepers, i would give Filipe Melo .9 in sokker skill as a keeper, he became a hero with this penalty save for his Galatasaray =)
