I hope the organizer XxSaimonxX will answer:

How many teams will play away? 4 or 8 teams are qualified for next round? (The participants held 3 more weeks for the cup.)

What about the same points? Goal difference or result against each other counts? Wich team (al Jazair or Tunis) is the 2nd in group B?

Wich matches need to play on next week? What's the next schedule?

4TH OF FINAL

The second phase is drawn in two BOMBS. The first BOMBO contains the best 4 of the first round and the second BOMBO the 4r following countries in the Ranking of Classification (By Position). The matches will be played in the following way:

a. A1 vs A2
b. B1 vs B2
c. C1 vs C2
d. D1 vs D2

SEMIFINALS

1. win (a) vs win (b)
2. win (c) vs win (d)

FINAL

THIRD PLACE……lose (1) vs lose (2)
FINAL…………………..win (2) vs win (3)

But we have no 4 groups (A, B, C and D) we have only 3 groups.

You would think so, but this is not how it goes in final tournaments(sokker or real life).
These are the criterias for world cup for example:

The ranking of each team in each group shall be determined as follows:

a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
b) goal difference in all group matches;
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.

If it it is still equal after these 3 criterias, then there are other rules.

But this cup organizer will respond what are his criterias. As I see it, I think that the 2 best 3rd place in groups will qualify too, to have the number of teams needed for quarterfinals.

I agree your team placed on 2nd and my team is 3rd.

I think it's a good idea that play in quarterfinals every group 1st and 2nd and the two best 3rd place in groups.

I suggest that every group 1st and the best 2nd be in pot 1: Al Maghrib, New Zealand, Belarus, South Africa

The rest in pot 2: al-Jazā’ir, Kenya, Cameroun, Tunis

Could anyone make a draw for second round?

Good idea for the best 3rd teams of tournament..

I have only 2 possible opponent in that way.. (al Jazair and tunis)..cos I have been in the same group with kenya and cameroun..

I suggest the following draw:
