Prologue:

For you who do not know anything about the U21 World Cup or what happened in previous editions, with this prologue you will know all the details possible to take advantage of this great competition, here we show the characters that will be part of this story.

Polish supremacy returned to dominate on U21 scenario, but his emperor in the case (crisr) is not more the guy in command of this power, the legacy was given to tiesto_86... so many changes happen that is a new era.

România have a new commander also with petru, old faces we met in the competition retired...

But also old faces coming back, like rohamkacsa with his Magyarország,also the GOD Del P1er0 coming back to put Crna Gora on the map and also Fabbrogas making a comeback with Brazil after long years without coaching a U21 team.

Also experienced guys like Tsolias with his Deutschland trying to follow the paths of Woody and blackx with Česká republika trying to follow the paths of ostulc... probably is the best rivalry now in this U21WC and we can do not forget the great vacarul with Schweiz, the only coach that know the taste of have a gold trophy in this competition now.

The last 3 coaches that win the U21WC is no more here, a new era begins, new faces, new legacy, new champions!

There are billions of people in the world, but only 32 people are chosen, only 32 have the chance to become U21 World Champions in the 16th Edition of the U21 World Cup in sokker. Dear reader, in the coming weeks you will follow the segment of this story and how it will end, let the games begin!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello my name is Peter I'm 33y I play sokker since 2005 so it's almoust the half of my live. In real Life i have wife and 2y old daughter.
When I be younger I was train swimming.

Poland is the current U21 World Champion, every competition that Poland participates in sokker is expected to win, how are you feeling for this competition?

I feel fine. I knew what is expected for U21 team so i belife I can win :)

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

in my work so far, I'm happy to try out a lot of players and tactics

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

I don't look at opponents in terms of difficulty, because if I think about defending the title I have to win with everyone so it doesn't matter if I have a strong group or a weak one. But if I have to judge, I think that our group is one of the strongest but definitely the group of death is group B

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

No, we have a strong team, not individuality, and every player is in to replace.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

...

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

maybe Portugal, but that's only hunch.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I wish all good luck, good fun, and let the win the best.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is the same as the club team, namely Petru! I am an ambitious person and most of the times I am proposing, I will achieve. I like football in real life, but my passion is table tennis where I participate in various competitions nationwide. Everyday I am a teacher. :)

As România is a strong community in sokker and with big powers come big responsabilities, how are you feeling for this competition?

Indeed, it is a large community, but unfortunately lost motivation, no more involvement, very few are active and help national. But Romania has always fought for its leading positions and will continue to fight. :)

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

It was a good season, I managed to climb Romania from 3rd place to the top of the rankings, we won all the matches (both official and friendly) and we qualified it in the hardest possible group. :))

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

As I said in the previous question, it is one of the heaviest groups, all the opponents are difficult, the places in the general ranking 1, 3, 7 and 8, so very difficult. The hardest opponent I think is the Czechs, they have always been difficult matches with them, but neither Germany nor Uruguay are negligent teams. Qualification chances: 1. Romania 40%, 2. Czech Republic 40%, Germany 15% and Uruguay 5%.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Honestly, it is the weakest team in the last 10 seasons, but that does not mean I will not try to win the trophy. I hope to compensate tactically and have some luck. : D As for the player, there is no such thing in the current batch of players. :(

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

The main favorite is Romania, or at least I hope so. : D are very good teams, here I remember the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and Hungary who can always win the trophy, but in sokker everything is inexorable, so anyone can surprise.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

The sokker engine can always give you a hand: D, so anyone can beat anyone.

Any words you want to tell the community?

It's an exciting game, although nothing has been invested in him for a long time, he's a successful football manager. Do not abandon this game: D

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hey sokker community. My sokker journey started in 2009 with my first team. Two breaks, three teams and eight seasons with U21 NT staff as assistant or head coach. Time to gather roses!

As Česká republika is a strong community in sokker, dominating a era a time ago and with big powers come big responsabilities, how are you feeling for this competition?

I take it easy. We have team so strong, that even Poland needs to corrupt the draw and seed us to the group of death.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

Our strategy was to prepare world cup generation. England nailed us with strong qualifiers year so we fell into C draw group. But it doesn’t matter, we have to defeat everyone. Still consider it as not bad, cause our cup year team is pretty good. I raised them as scout and later coach form their begginings, they are like my own, even I don’t own a single player of this year.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

Uruguay – strongest team of D draw group. Good attackers, but our defense should be prepared to eliminate their weapons.
Deutchland – We faced Germany in week 15. It was tight game (2:1) but I think we could strike like four goals. But for first two rounds, I will cheer for Tsolias
Romania - overkill

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

We have a star in every row so I will not pick one name. We have great team this year.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

CZE, ROM, POL - cause they have more youth school then anybody.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

CZE is small team.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Enjoy!

I'm Bryan, I've been manging the England U21's for many years

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

My experience can carry me so far

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

My campaign last season was wonderful to qualify in 1st above Czech Rep.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

The opponents are very difficult in our group but no best team.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Our player in form is Oxford

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

I still think we are amongst the outsiders having a lack of 21yo's, so less pressure on us
I'll go for Poland to win

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

I think we are the small team who might suprise :)

Any words you want to tell the community?

Good luck to all the qualifying teams, may it be a fantastic World Cup

Coach: Tony Madeira
3rd U21WC as coach

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi everyone, in real life I am retired after 30 years of service in aviation, I live in Cruzeiro in the state of São Paulo.
In those almost 12 years of Sokker having started in February 2008 I already got involved in some tasks, such as: Tutor, Promoter, Moderator and U21 Coach, having trained the U21 Brazilian team for 4 seasons, arriving in 6th place in the XIV U21 World Cup and winning the VI America Cup.
I have 1 season managing the U21 team of Portugal and I have done a recovery work, because when I assumed it was the 36th of the ranking and currently occupies the 29th place.

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Being my 3rd participation in World Cups I believe that having experience influences, for example, in some cases, more related to predicting the attitudes of opponents.
I feel at ease with full knowledge of the team I lead.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

In the last season that I was in front of the team, we were not well. Some wrong choices, other bad luck with injured key players.
I consider positive my work of renewal and discovery of new talents.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

I see the group very homogeneous, there are four teams of the same level and will be resolved in the details.
Difficulty level i see it: 1st place Montenegro (18th in ranking) due to the experienced coach; 2nd place Serbia (6th in ranking) High potential of the team; 3rd place England (27th in ranking) High potential of the team.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Our team is unbalanced, we will enter with our U20 goalkeeper. In the debut we will start without 4 starters, so we have to overcome the problems of the debut and not have more problems, because we do not have options in the bench.
All players have their importance in the team, but if it had to highlight some could mention Ariolindo Roscas that is a striker with great skill of score goals.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

The always favorite Romania and Poland and now adding to them the Brazil that is practically on the same level.
My team in this first moment we hope to get among the top 4 placed.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

I do not think so.

Any words you want to tell the community?

The performance of a national team depends not only on the coach at that decisive time to choose the team, but on the sum of everything that was done during the preparation, whether in tasks such as registration of players, database update, training conducted by the clubs , strategies for empowering training, all these tasks are required to build a strong national team.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I dont like to write about myself.

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Experince maters but there are 3 more things which define the fate of U21 coach on WC : squad quality, tactick knowlage and „to be friend“ with sokker engine.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

Campaign is similar to previous years, we lost some points bizare way, but in general we are satisfied.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

All opponents for us are difficult so cant see difference between them.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

We dont have a star in our team so dont think abouth that.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

Poland, Romania, Czech Republic

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

Dont see that some small team can make some surprise.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

-I am Vaske - at sokker since 2011 , my seventh season as a Serbia U21 coach

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

-Not so much important in this case ,everyone could beat everyone easily

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

- It's my seventh season already and last season (WCQ season) was hardest when we look at results , first time not so easy to pass the group

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

-One of most even groups at WC ,i would say everyone have same odds to pass the group

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

-We don't have superstar for sure :)
Serbia is 6 place at rank but don't have that rank players (because of every year smallest community)

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

-As always favourite ,Polska - one level above every team
And maybe Romania & Hungary

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

I don't know , this year we have much more "smallest" teams then few last WC's and i hope most of them will at least pass the group :))

Any words you want to tell the community?

-Good luck to all teams :)

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Well, I'm one of the many Italian CTs around the Sokker world.
In the past I trained Philippines senior NT to then move to U21 where I was the coach of Italy, Belgium, and Brazil, getting 2nd and 3rd with these last 2

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling about this competition?

Experience is always a plus and always welcome, but that doesn't mean that I will have an easier path to the victory. All of us in here knows very well how Sokker works and sometimes you can do your best and yet lose (cough.. random). In the end, only one will win.

Even as an experienced coach in past, is your comeback after some years without coaching a U21 team and you enter as a coach in Brasil in middle of starting the U21WC, you think this will harm you? Tell to us what you think about this.

I was planning a return to the U21 World, but not this year since it's generally really hard to win an election after another CT won the Qualification Stage. However, I've been invited from some users of the Brasilian community and I said to myself: "Why not?". In the end, the worst that could happen was not getting elected, but I did so from that moment it's been a great amount of work to do to get into the DB with just 2 weeks to see players and try new things.
I like the game, so it's not really a heavy task. Let's see how the future goes!

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

Our group is probably not the best (as I think B group is generally the hardest one), but all the 4 teams are very close together in terms of ranking and average values.
It will be a tough one but I'm confident we can access to the final stage.
Once and if we get there, then it will be all about single matches and great CTs so it will be fun and entertaining.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he does not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Maybe there is, maybe there isn't. For now, I'll keep that as a secret.
In general, the team is not bad. Of course, there are many teams which are ahead of us (hence the 13th place in the ranking) but we'll try to do our best with the players we have.
After all, U21 world is very volatile since you basically have to choose only between one year of players, and it's very possible to get a very lucky round of player as it's to get very bad luck with that.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

I clearly don't see Brasil as the favourite of the tournament as I think no one does.
The favourite these years are always the same, very consistent streaks of results and the ranking talks for them, Romania, Polonia and Ceska are one step ahead of everyone else.
I would add Italy, but World Cup has never been a great competition for us.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

Is Brasil considered a small team? :D
I'm gonna say Nederlands because I like Orange :P

Any words you want to tell the community?

Hopefully, we'll have a great competition and we'll be able to see many different games/tactics out there other than the few standard ones.
Let's remember it's a game and as a game, we should try to enjoy it (not like a job) especially because, after all, it's all random! :P

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi, my name is Emre. My 13th year in sokker.

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Thank you. World Cup different experience. A single match can change our destiny. Injuries, red cards and game god will determine our destiny. We can win or lose the most unfamiliar games. Total tactics and luck. first we want to leave the group, then we will look ahead.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

We've prepared various tactics, and most of them are useful. We are aware that we are not a Poland, we act according to the staff we have.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

Everyone has equal chances. I won't be surprised whoever comes out. Brazil and Greece are one step ahead, but neither will be able to leave the group.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Ofcourse, Əli Amiloğlu, My striker.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

Countries such as Poland Romania Brazil Italy always have more chances. Because they have more options. But I'm left without a striker when my striker is injured. Or most of the time I have no choice when players are out of shape

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

Srbija U21 and Uruguay U21 and Türkiye U21. They caught a nice slope, why not take the trophy?

Any words you want to tell the community?

I'm sorry for my bad english. I wish everyone success.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Dan, I am commercial lawyer, I live in Craiova and I still have 47 years old.

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, you are a U21WC Champion in the past, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

In every domain experience counts, even in sokker too. But you can not predict the development of a game. ou can at most build a plan, build your second backup plan if the first one does not work, but unfortunately you can not intervene during the game as in real football. Probably this is the sokker's definition, it has both beauty and shortness at the same time. But taking part in such a U21 World Cup competition will only motivate you to be the best - after all, this is the definition of the competition.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

The campaign last season was strange. When you play in a group with Poland you can not base the points against them, they are the strongest. The surprise came from Salvador, who defeated him 2-1 (congratulations to the Salvadoran coach), but in the group I had an opponent who would also deserve to go to the World Cup - Indonesia. The positive part of these preliminaries is that I played with many U20 players, preparing them for this world cup.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

Each of the teams in the group are strong, especially because they qualified for the U21 World Cup. They have good, experienced coaches, it will be an honor for me to play against them. Brazil has always been a force of the world sokker, Greece has a strong community and has always had positive results in every competition it participated in, while Azerbaijan can be a big surprise for this World Cup. And anyway, Switzerland U21 starts with the fourth chance in this group, so it has nothing to lose, but have everything to win.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

As I said, Switzerland U21 has nothing to lose at this competition, it only has to win. The team is made up of 11 players, and for me every player is important in his or her way. Of course, when one of them is missing, his lack is felt at the level of the whole team. But here is the coach's job, to find solutions so that the player's absence is as unobtrusive as possible.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

We have the favorite teams in class, Romania and Poland. I think we should not forget Italy and Czech Republic here, especially because they have an exceptional generation.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

There is too much difference in value among the best U21 teams, which I have listed above, and the rest of the teams. I do not think we will see a big surprise at this World Cup, but at most two or three unexpected results.

Any words you want to tell the community?

A summer holiday enjoyed by all sokker users, and enjoy the game! Enjoy every match from this world cup and congratulate both the winner and all the other players!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I am just a simple man who try to change my life.

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

I have experienced in this competition but USA have just a 40-50 users. 35-40% of these users have have junior team (while most of the country team who participate at World Cup have at least 150-200 junior teams). So, from the average mark view at World Cup there is a big differences between any country and USA U21. On World Cup, I just want to obtain 2 place for USA U21 (that will be means a new record for USA U21).

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

In last campaing USA win all the matches (except Italia U21 wich has a great team). I think that I can do more :))

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

In my group España U21 and France U21 are favorits. But, I will try to win against France U21 :))

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

USA U21 has no star player.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

I think that Romania U21 is the favorite (good players and good coach and staff).

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

What a small team can get is to obtain 2 place in group. That will be maximum.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Don't be afraid, USA U21 dose not focus on this world cup :))

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi! My name is George, I am 44 years old and I am from Romania. In sokker they are from 2006 and lead Moldova U21 in February 2016

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Experience counts in any field and it is normal to count on sokker. There are matches that you only gain from experience as well as in reality. And best is when you look like a loser before the game begins. Then you only have to win: D
Moldova is a small community with 10-11 active users and qualification can be regarded as a great performance. What is next is a bonus

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

As I said, Moldova is a small community. The fact that we are in the ballot box 3 gives some confidence to the side teams. In qualifying I was in the group with België (16th place at U21) and Argentina (19th place at U21). Do you think they have given us the chance to qualify? Of course not. Who would be doing !? And so I won the group and left België "home" although it showed much more football than Argentina

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

The group is not a heavy one, being really interesting. However, teams arriving at the Final Tournament are not weak and it is normal to pay attention to everyone. Unfortunately, for me, Moldova does not have a strong batch at U21 and this will be seen. It's time to see the number of users in a community. But we go forward before enjoying each match

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

I think we have already answered this question. We can not afford goals because we do not have resources. However, even so, we will try to win every match or if we lose then we will do it "head-on".
Last season we had 5-6 players that we could nominate as team stars. Now it's hard! I have a defender (Lucian Ganţa) and a midfielder (Ilia Cohanovschi) around which I have to create the team. I hope they will be the weakest and the others will stand out and win the team

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

In my opinion, Romania is the favorite. He has a keen and extremely preoccupied manager. He led the team first in the overall standings and it is normal to propose their gold.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

They are "surprise teams" who have qualified here. Zhōngguó, Latvija and Moldova, all three of which are headed by Romanian managers. Interesting not? I hope that at least one of the teams passes the group stage even if it seems impossible.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I want to thank the Community of Moldova for their vote and to assure them that I will do everything that is up to me that their band qualify for each World Cup.
The Sokkerist Community I wish success! We hope to go ahead and the game will develop (it's No. 1 as a strategy). I ask all users to be more communicative with the selectors being players who can not find their abilities. That's bad! And when you have 12 managers behind you is frustration.
All of the World Cup participants are looking forward to success and enjoy each match

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi there! This is my 10th season as U21 coach and my second World Cup. Also I am one of the oldest sokker players, almost 15 years playing this game!

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Thank you for you evaluation about my experience. I think I can adapt more easily with the players which I have - in U21 team with a small squad there is always different players, so you have to adapt your tactics.
But I think everyone who is not first year coaching knows this and I don't think I have big edge against other coahces.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

Well, as we are very small lithuanian community, I encouraged every single user to draft juniors, so we have more chances to get talents. Not everyone doing it, but we have new teams which gives us juniors, so I am Happy about it. Also, myself I trained MIDfielders, which is hardest to find and I got 3 players right now, who is defending the U21 team honor.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

I think our group is one of the weakest in all WC and every single team has almost equal chances to go further. I like this situation and I hope to use this.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

Well, While I am coach for 10 seasons, I can say our squad is not the strongest I have ever trained. However, I can tell you, that one player will be absolute superstar very soon - he is 19 years old now and he is already playing in the main squad. After 2 seasons I will answer to this question, that "this is the player, which is the main player of U21". He is Vituolis Kaušynis and he was pulled as DIVINE junior! Not sure if it happened in the past in whole sokker history:)

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

As every year I would give my credits to Deutchland as it has everything what needs to be a champion. Of course I would mention Ceska Respublika also as they are amazing in this championship year by year :D

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

I would say Latvia is the country which can surprise a lot. It has great coach and quite good squad. If they get lucky just a little bit they can be a dark horse. And of course Lithuania! :D

Any words you want to tell the community?

Enjoy the life, my friends!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

it's my first time in a world cup after returning to the game so lets hope for the best

Is your 1st U21WC as a coach, how are you feeling for this competition?

I think Mexico U21 is growing a lot, we got in to a competitive group where with a bit of luck maybe we can go through.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

We had a very similar classification group as the WC before, Croatia and Brasil. The first time we couldnt take any points from Croatia, but this time we manage to win them and tie with Brasil. Mexico U21 is having a second breath in sk, so we are growing a lot.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

I think they are similar level to us, just a bit better in the att part.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

We have a couple of players that are a in another level from the rest, mainly in the Def part. Josue Loera is the best player in our squad.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

For me the winner of the U21WC will come out from this group:
1. România U21
2. Deutschland U21
3. Česká republika U21
4. Uruguay U21

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

Mexico :)

Coach: slamtam
5th U21WC as coach

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello everyone! In the German speaking countries I am already known, because this is my 14th season with Austria's U21. I don't give away my real life name, you have to make do with slamtam. I am 28, I live in Bern, Switzerland and I live in a flat-sharing community :D

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Experience is advantageous to a certain extent, but it doesn't have to be. The U21 is not the same as the club because you have to work with other players and skills. Experience often, but not always, helps you avoid classic mistakes.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

So you're talking about the World Cup qualification? So, it was not an easy qualification, because the team from the first pot 1 (Serbia in this case) was weaker than usual and left as we also points, so that on the penultimate round 4 teams theoretically had a chance to qualify for the World Cup. Scotland and Albania had great qualities and under certain circumstances they would be there, but we (and Serbia) were cleverer. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to beat Albania, for example! Great respect! I think Albania deserved to be at the World Cup!

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

So, we caught a group with the Netherlands, Denmark and Hungary. This group is neither a simple group nor a death group like for example the group around Germany. But here we have to point out that Hungary is slightly favoured, but we, the Netherlands and Denmark can beat Hungary. So anyone can beat anyone in this group and therefore the first game will be very important and a signpost. Even the U21 coaches of this group are very experienced experts and that will make the group very exciting because I think it is very balanced.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

At this World Cup we don't have a superstar like we had at the last World Cup. That means that our players are not on the highest level, but on a good one and therefore we can replace everyone qualitatively. Teamwork will be decisive!

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

Poland is always the favourite. They have a monstrous squad, but as always it will be decisive how the Polish U21 coach handles the situation. After that I would say that the Czech Republic and Germany could be in the final (sorry Romania, I have the feeling that you will retire early :P)
Italy should also be able to play for the title, but somehow it won't work out either.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

Well, small countries like Switzerland, Crna Gora or we can provide a surprise.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Well, then on a good WM and I am curious about the psychological wars ;)

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Leslie, I'm 36 years old and I'm from Hungary.
I was NT coach in Hong Kong, in Slovenija U21 coach for many time and scout in Hungary,Slovenija for a lot of seasons,Belarus and in some other countries for a season.
This is my 12.season with Hungary U21. My best is a bronze medal with Hungary U21(two times).I'm very proud of this team and i hope the team can be better and better :)

You are already a very experienced coach in this competition, does the experience in this case really matters in your opinion? How are you feeling for this competition?

Experience is important and it is a good thing in the game, but doesn’t matter so often.
For a big result need the coach in the game good team, a lot of work, luck and more and more luck :D
A newbie is all time motivated but an experienced coach need all time new motivation so the experience can be a handicap too :) I like the u21 teams, the u21 WC, all time build the coaches a new and new team, so i am excited for this competition.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

I don’t know the team in the last season so the start wasn’t so easy and i am not satisfied with the results I was too careful ont he first match against Hellas, against Israel was better but we haven’t enough luck after this matches we only run after Hellas in the WCQ. I wasn’t satisfied my wortk and results, we can do this better.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

I think in the group are a very same teams, the difference isn’t so big between the 3 opponents. I do’t like this, i feel myself better when we have a big match and an easier match too, ont he big match can be the team a „hero” and ont he easier match can rotate the coach more. All 3 teams can be dangerous for others. Netherland had a very good season, so i think this team can make a surprise in the group, i hope that only behind Hungary :)

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

The team is ok for the competition but we haven’t stars in this season, wee need key players so i hope that after the WC we can say xy was a key player, all player can be a key player we will see :)

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

I think all coach see his owned team on the TOP :) Yes, why not Hungary this time :) Polska and Romania are all time favorit, and the Czech team is all time strong(in this year they have a very difficult group i think). Nederland, Brasil and France lokks like strong too.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

If Uruguay can qualify for the next round from this hard group, then can be a surprise team, and Hellas can make a surprise too.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Evrything can be possible. You just need to want it. The belive is a strong weapon, we must only belive in the Team and they fight for this cup from the first minute until the last.
Never loose the Hope, all team can be a WC winner!
Thanks for the work to Woody :)

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi, I am 3kroner from Denmark, I am 45 years old, and I have played sokker in 12 years now. This is my second season as danish U21 NT-coach.

Is your 1st U21WC as a coach, how are you feeling for this competition?

Yes, this is my first world cup, and I am quite excited about the competition. I hope Denmark will be able to surprise the hole world.

Tell us about your campaign last season and what you see as positive about your work done so far.

Last season had some up and downs, luckily for Denmark, there were most ups, and we managed to qualify to the world cup in the last group match, wich was the big goal for me.

How do you see the opponents of your group? How do you see your opponents in terms of difficulty for you?

We meet some big sokker-nations in the group, I hope Denmark will be able to get the second place, but but the fourth place would be the most likely place for Denmark in the group.

What do you think of your team for this U21WC? Is there any player in your squad that you say to yourself: ''He is too good that when he do not play, the team is not the same''... if there is, tell us.

There is no stars in my team this season :-(

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion, and you see your team as a favorite to win the U21WC?

We are definately not favorites. I think Poland will win the world cup.

In this U21WC, do you see any small team that can surprise and get far in the competition? If you see, tell why you think about that.

I really dont see that happend, but if it does, Denmark will be the big surprise.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Good luck to all.

We went behind the opinions of coaches and U21 scouts about the 17th edition of U21 World Cup!

cosminboss (Former U21 Coach, coaching France in edition XIV)

A new competition will begin, new faces in the U21 scenario as tiesto_86 in Polska and petru in România, also a more experienced coach in Česká republika now with blackx, in your opinion, this is the 3 favorites to win this U21WC? In your opinion have more names in this competition that we need to keep an eye on this battle for the title? Also, how the community in France see the team and the coach for this U21WC?

the top 3 have not adversar but i like Magyar team meaby the surprise for this WC ?

What makes a person venture out and become a U21 coach? What has in these teams that incites a desire to do that work in your opinion.

For me a Coach for U21 for make good venture its speak why every manager for training his player u21 good make tactics why his community and accept the critic !!

What about the teams that could be the surprises of the competition? Do you believe in some team make some surprise against the big teams?

Make the surprise i make 1 dollar for Magyar i like him Ceska has many good stars and a good coach ...
For French i dont believe this season max 1/8 ..

And how about the South American teams? This time finally we can see a good performance by a team of this part of the world in your opinion or the European teams will still dominating?

i like also Argentian player i have my ex goolkeper je played Mid ;-) i say 1/8 for them

Any words you want to tell the community?

The Boss is back for break hes smash !!! :-p and good luck for French !!

I hope that it will be a fantastic tournament for all and we will see future stars and a lot of surprises. Poland is strong as always and the Czech republic has one of the best generations ever. But I hope to see Romania winning this WC U21.
The Romanian community has great expectations from petru and he knows this very well. But petru it's a very good coach and I think he will be able to bring the gold in Romania, one more time after a very long time

What makes a person venture out and become a U21 coach? What has in these teams that incites a desire to do that work in your opinion.

A new challenge in a completely different place but to be successful in U21-level you need to be the coach for a few seasons, to start building the team from the 17-18 years...also you need a very good staff to help you, in achieving the goal, a gold medal….the joy at the end ... priceless !! These are the ingredients of success and I had them when I won.

What about the teams that could be the surprises of the competition? Do you believe in some team make some surprise against the big teams?

I don't really know... many teams can make surprises. I believe that Schweiz will have a very good evolution.

And how about the South American teams? This time finally we can see a good performance by a team of this part of the world in your opinion or the European teams will still dominating?

Unfortunately for the South American teams the answer is ... no. Maybe at the next WC U21, maybe with me as the coach of Brazil, why not.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Let us enjoy this WC U21 !
Good luck to everyone and “LET THE GAMES BEGIN !!”

In your opinion have more names in this competition that we need to keep an eye on this battle for the title? Also, how the community in Brasil see the team and the coach for this U21WC?

Yes, for me are the 3 favorites to win since is probably the 3 top teams also today in U21 scenario, but also i want to see how tsolias will be playing since he has already been a finalist in this competition and also rohamkacsa with Magyarország, in the past he reach 2 times the semifinals and now he is back, since the old generation is not more here, why not this time he reach the finals? Is possible...
About brazilian community, we have a new coach for this U21WC, so they just want to he make a good job and show his work for the community but ofc, they want a gold trophy, in the past i failed to make this come true, so i hope Fabbro can make this.

What makes a person venture out and become a U21 coach? What has in these teams that incites a desire to do that work in your opinion.

I will answer for myself, the adrenaline of participating in a competition, love strategies and always seek to innovate and also be a hero for the community that supports you, I believe that there is no better time for a U21 coach when he and his staff or the community itself waste time searching for players and seeing what strategy to use in order to see everything that works and look at the forum the joy of everyone on account of an unforgettable result.

What about the teams that could be the surprises of the competition? Do you believe in some team make some surprise against the big teams?

Like last edition, i believe that vacarul with Schweiz could make a surprise in the U21WC, last edition he beat former champions Česká republika and almost reach the finals after losing in the semifinals, i believe also in the GOD Del P1er0.

And how about the South American teams? This time finally we can see a good performance by a team of this part of the world in your opinion or the European teams will still dominating?

I think the european teams will still on the top, but i hope my country can make this in this U21WC or in the future.

Any words you want to tell the community?

For 45 euros I can make you become the next U21 World Champion!

Also, how the community in Suomi see the team and the coach for this U21WC?

Big ones are likely big ones in this edition too. Wouldn’t be too surprised to have another Polska-Romania final in this edition, again. Based on qualifiers Bulgaria, Turkey, Netherlands and Spain are interesting. Maybe also Peru from the South Amerikan teams. We have a great coach. Not the best as I’m having a break but a good one. We have good defence and decent midfield. One great keeper who is injured now but the biggest concern is lack of strikers in this generation. We need to be able to score goals with the few shots we’ll get vs for instance Poland but will be difficult with these strikers. Quarterfinals is the maximum for Suomi in this edition imo, even getting away from the group stage is a tough battle.

What makes a person venture out and become a U21 coach? What has in these teams that incites a desire to do that work in your opinion.

A good question indeed. For me it’s the scouting of fresh pulls, trying to get them trained properly and co-operation with the managers. It almost feels they’re your own youth players when you’ve followed them since they were pulled and negotiated with the managers how to train them. And you always have to adapt your tactics and style of play based on the generation. Being a U21 coach is much more comprehensive, challenging and rewarding compared to senior NT.

What about the teams that could be the surprises of the competition? Do you believe in some team make some surprise against the big teams?

I listed a few countries to follow in the first question. Suomi and Turkey will hopefully make a hard time for Poland. Suomi beating Polska could be a nice surprise.

And how about the South American teams? This time finally we can see a good performance by a team of this part of the world in your opinion or the European teams will still dominating?

I really hope for some South American team to go far! There are big user based in Brazil and Argentina for instance but I don’t know what is causing them not to do well. You can’t always blame bad luck.. I’m expecting at least Brazil and Peru to qualify for the playoff round, at least one to go to quarter finals.. I’m cheering for Peru in this edition so maybe they’ll take a medal this time?!

Any words you want to tell the community?

The number of users is declining but this still is the greates manager game there is. Stick with us, watch the U21 WC, write on the forums, pull amazing youths and train them in the NT. Thank you Woody once again for your great effort with this Guide! And most of all; langhe and Aluminium a.k.a gubbage are the weakest managers and human beings on Earth. Amen.

Curiosities

Some curiosities that exist in the U21 World Cup.

The 3 U21 Kings

In the last 5 U21WC editions, Polska, România and Česká republika have been in the U21WC more than 1 time, 3 finals for Česká republika and România and 2 for Polska, during this time België and Deutschland were once each. the titles was 2 U21WC for Polska and Česká republika and 1 for België that will do not play this U21WC.

The only gold warrior in the town

In the 17th edition, we will have only 1 coach that already won the U21 World Cup, romanian coach vacarul that coaching Schweiz today, he is also with ostulc, the only coach that win a gold, silver and bronze trophy in U21WC history, and with Woody the second coach with more U21WC finals played with 2 (the coach with most finals was ostulc with 3, he also have a unique record with 3 U21WC finals in a row).

Today the day is not like the others, because today is the day that begins what many people expect, the start of the U21 World Cup.

This is the 17th edition of this competition that has built an immense story in this game we love so much.

In this competition, we have seen many joys, many sadness, many surprises and many fights, we had positive and negative things in those 14 editions that have passed.

But all this has built the story of this competition, where everything starts from the 1st WCQ match.

Of more than 90 U21 national teams that exist in the sokker, only 32 have won the right to participate in this competition, are the 32 most coveted positions in this U21 World.

In this 17th edition, we have 32 teams, where...

25 teams are from Europe
6 teams are form Americas (central, north and south)
1 team are form Asia

The country where most coaches have this 17th edition is România with 6 coaches.
Italy and Turkey have 2 coaches.

And all those 32 coaches crave one thing.

Be the U21 World Champion!

That in my opinion is the best time of the game, this competition is fantastic and always shows us surprises, ladies and gentlemen, tighten your belts, who will be the world champion?
