Pastimer to All
I have one unearhtly coach and four magical.

I started with employing the unearthly coach for the juniors. But I am getting back from this. Seeing my team develop with the unearthly coach as head coach I see a good increase in tacticle and teamwork. And according to the rules, the general training will benefit. The damage I would do to the juniors is not so easy to see...

What do you guys think, best for the team or best for the juniors?

why not 2 unearthly?

If you really are the best, then two uneartlhy coaches

But if you take the finances into account, I'd first see what kind of trainees you have. If you play with ambitious sporting goals, then your best coach should be the main coach. If you train for the youth and want to get the best youngsters from the youth school, then your best coach should be employed as a youth coach.

I wonder how much of a difference unearthly vs magical is. I have 1x unearthly, and 4x magical as well. I switched my junior school from magical to unearthly awhile ago, and have not noticed any difference at all. Maybe even worse juniors tbh lol...

Youth is completely random! So if you're going to make the choice between head coach or youth coach, I'd choose headcoach, cause you'll increase the training ratio for all players! Also you train youth players less long than senior club players, so the benefit will be greater in general for a Headcoach. But then again, the general skill is not important for a headcoach!

Fred Braeckman, age: 57

wage: 39 525 €
club: Racing Roeland, country: België,
magical coach
Training effectiveness as head coach:
unearthly of stamina very good of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing unearthly of striker

This is my headcoach. And I honestly don't see any Unearthly coach do better than mine! Off course, I'll never train keepers, so this IS the best kind of headcoach you can have! If you have a magical coach like this, use the unearthly coach for youth!

You wont believe me, but i have a divine main coach, 3 unearthly assistant coaches, and a superdivine junior coach.
2019-07-15 21:26:48
Weak, just 3 unearthly assistants :-j
2019-07-15 21:37:35
From what I’ve heard the only thing that really matters on the main coach is that the skill you are training is unearthly(16)?

2019-07-15 23:05:53
The others head coach skills are also important to get random ups.
2019-07-15 23:07:14
All the skills matter for the main coach. if he only has 16 on what you are training, you won`t get pops at other skills at all from GT. The assistants help your players to grow faster, but the random pops are given by the coach`s skills.

For assistants the overall level is all that matters right? For the assistants it doesn't matter if they are low in the skill I'm training, just the general skill level?

I literally hear people say different things all the time, so I actually don't think anyone knows how it works lol...

Either way my head coach is pretty good, bar technique:
Cam Cahill, age: 64

wage: 68 200 C$
club: FC Aylmer, country: Canada,
magical coach

Training effectiveness as head coach:
unearthly of stamina incredible of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
brilliant of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing unearthly of striker

2019-07-16 04:05:04
yes for assistants only general level counts

I never had unearthly coach, i dont believe that big difference, and i already wasted tons of millions on running with losses on 14 day basis cause of wages. I have 4 x 15 and 1 x 14.

2019-07-16 06:46:51
Yeah I’ve spent a lot trying to get a second unearthly, but I’ve stopped. It’s a lot like gambling lol.
