Can this coach train an outstanding striker to unearthly? And how long can he achieved it?

yes, he can, but it will take longer than if he would be unearthly striker coach
but how much longer? who knows? nobody tests such cases, everyone trains using unearthly coaches

It´s a very good idea to make of him an assistant coach and train STRIKER with a coach, who has 16 on striker.
If you train striker with him as main coach, you will need more weeks for every skillup in striker.
