Nice monsters, but do you not train them striker?

still undecided about training striker or def as fifth skill but I'm closer to def now because of two Croatian trainees I've bought recently.

Hm, strange for me. You paid much money for them, If you make only DM/CM it's impossible overpaid :P

Why would you train striker for those players? It would be a waste of time
They could be top notch cm or midfielders with useless striking skill

you should totally make him divine striker first...

That's how I always make my strikers :-) first divine++ striker, then technique, then pace :)

Wouldn't be much better to make them divine at pace first? :)
I mean you can train a lot of strikers and see which one is talented....always when I have a new generation of players I train pace , and after that I can see what to keep and what to sell

imo, it is best to take care of tech on strikers first, because then when they are good enough to do U/21 nt, then you can do pace or striker there with ATT order and get the extra training....... but ofc, if you train them only on striker first, they might not even get u/21, and no chance of injuries as some prefer, but i train young players on B-team, so i like 42% extra training

But for sure is waste to give them tech as MID whilst they play U/21 as ATT

But if he just wanted top notch CM, why would he overpay for the striker skill.... he paid for the rarity of players that could be good enough to play wing striker or off mid

I haven't seen a lot of midfielders scoring goals nowadays , they are good only to substitute the striker in case of red card, if you're playing with one 1 striker

Imagine a midfielder with 12-13 striking, not a lot of chances to score against a divine keeper, so this is why in my opinion , a midfielder with defending is much more useful , they will recover the ball and keep the game up

A mid without def is useless when the ball is at the opponent

But we are not talking about 12-13 striking, we are talking about players who could be like this:

16-17


And they are useful... ;)
