They're not twice as much. But much more dificult to find on the market. So the prices are higher.
If you can have one or even too on your team it's a great bonus and more tactical possibilities.
I guess nobody is saying that you should only have them instead of def-mids on your team. :)
And I agree that paying 20 mln euros to train only def-mid skills on a player is a waste of money. The player won't be as special as it could be. It would be a fantastic player, but not the last cherry of the cake, as it could be with a high striking skill

So you're telling me that a 5x16 midfielder with 16 striking is twice as much as a 5x16 midfielder with defending instead? I don't know what to say about that

But those two guys wouldn't stop at 5 x 16 no matter which way they are trained so it makes Your arguments completely irrelevant. Personally, I would try to make Austrian guy striker with high secondaries which means no more pass/PM/def training for him. As Adaca said already, becoming a 3 x 17/18 striker with both 16 at PM and Pass is reasonable ceiling for him.

On the other hand, Barbez is an unicorn even without striker skill. Probably 3 x 18 + 2 x 17 potential so good luck finding a similar MID of that age for half the price because i'm pretty sure there aren't any at all no matter the cost.

Most of those goals were scored in the 4'th and 3' Rd league of Romania

I wanna see how effective is a player like him against a similar team , 2x super divine defenders and midfielders with 16-17 defending....

Of course , you won't find that many mids with striking on the market because you only need one in a game, and 3-4 mids with defending, so the demand for midfielders with defending is 4 times as much...

And you're not overpaying 20 ml euro for a cm if he's decent enough at a young age....take example Miaso, he was and he will be the best player ever in sokker, and guess what, he didn't have striking :)

But we have many 'crack' as CM/DM, off-mid is awesome player for team and NT. 20m€ is waste money. I bought player, 3 skills worst as Barbez and I paid only 11,5M€ :)

and.. check Pacalici, he play in polish first division, nt and champions cup :)

imo, it is best to take care of tech on strikers first, because then when they are good enough to do U/21 nt, then you can do pace or striker there with ATT order and get the extra training....... but ofc, if you train them only on striker first, they might not even get u/21, and no chance of injuries as some prefer, but i train young players on B-team, so i like 42% extra training

Dont lol, lol........ 30/70*100=42,8% extra...... so if friendly is 70% of max training, then yes, friendly+nt is 42% MORE then just friendly


You say 20% extra training..... so you think a friendly alone will give around 83,5 % of max training????
