i must disagree, even with talent, he will not be world class, since no def, and that high his wing sum aint
4x divine + formidable defender is possible in my opinion.

Well, you don't have to pay 10 m for a player to become world class...he's only 16, plenty of time to grow....I had midfielders bought with 2-3 millions who became top notch players after seasons of training

He might become top level winger(probably 4x divine) without any def/striker so yes, he might become great for playing at any level in this game but he wont be one of the best players of his generation with "only" 4 notable skills.
World class doesn't mean the best :)
For me it's enough 78 points as a midfielder , on 5 skills , to be world class...enough probably to play at any national team right now, except Poland maybe
