Probably top 5 based on MID skills sum alone. Van Schuerbeek could be better, but not sure about his exact skills.

I have few with similar MID sum but skill distribution is different, I'm guessing they could surpass Manuszak once You change to pace and I start with pass/PM training because there is quite the difference in training speed between those skills.

you went too far with the pace...I would have stopped at 12, and switch on tech
He still has a chance, take him to 12 tech and playmaker, maybe 12-13 passing and he should make at least to the squad

wouldn't the almost sure way for him to make it (at least U-21 lvl) with 2 and half season of def training (and maybe few tech training)?

no way...

maybe he can take another pop at tech this season, the next one training until 12, and after that passing combined with playmaker...

now that I think about it, its probably pretty hard to get to what I said, but if he`s talented and lucky enough, he may get close...
depends on that generation too though..

For a Romanian his skillsum is too low if you up his skills to triple 12 on tech, passing and playmaking. He's never going to make it in the U21 squad... Making the def path will be the best option imo... All the way to Unearthly and then tech...
So when he turns 22 he might have magical pace-unearthly def- good tech-excellent passing and solid playmaking...
