I think you are wrong about some things.
Check your numbers. (adequate=6 not 5, very good=9 not 10)
So I don't trust your numbers too much, but a player with 49 points might have been close to magical.

In 2007 this was the first divine junior from Austria:

He had the same amount of skillpoints (55) as Junkerich. In 2007 coaches did not make estimations, so you knew the exact level.
But that might have been before your time :p

before my time? first time i played sokker i was 13-14 i'm now over 30 :)
The guy i showed was my youthpull with my former team in 2016.. i've putted the numbers there by my self :) and i've made a mistake in your advantge so…

i still think he was only unearthly and not divine but who cares it's still a nice player and you will have lots of fun with him. hopefully he won't get any long term injury's. so tht you cn bring him to his max level that he can reach :)

if the people that train him, train very well... he will be important for the U21 team, that is more important...

Quite sure coach was wrong with your player, he was at least high brilliant, more probably magical. and I would say that there is quite a nice chance that Junkerich is really divine, could be unearthly if his sub-skills are low but overall he is not lower then unearthly for sure.

So i actually showed you a divine player from 2007 with 55 skillpoints and you still don´t believe it?

The easiest way to come very close to the exact general skill of a fresh pull is to divide the skillsum with 3.
55/3=18.333333 which technically makes those players Superdivine youth players...
A player with 49 skillsum is Unearthly, not Incredible, The final skill shown right before a youthplayer is pulled to the main squad is still an estimation of the coach. In this case it is an error of (probably) 3 general skillpoints which in most cases is the maximum value an error can be... But in this case it is also a maximum benefit a manager does with that youth player, regardless of his skill dividing.
