There is flection/flexion in polish language. So for SK: technique is "she" and PM is "he"). :D

so whole right side is masculin and has "y" at the end of adjective.
passing is non-masculin plural so has "e" at the end of adjective
and the rest of left side is feminine so has "a" at the end of adjective

So all of the polish players have some female hormones? the reason why polish teams are so strong :p

or they all are shemales ;)

Divide by 3.2 to be more precise...but you cannot find a formula to be 100% accurate

And that's only cause your coach's estimation is never 100% accurate. It's a formula to know which is the most accurate skill your player became when he was pulled. also with higher skilled youth players.The final skill a youth player has at the time of his promotion isn't the one you should consider. Do the formula after the promotion and you have the accurate skill he is. If the skillsum is F.E. 26, 26/3 = 8.6666 or Solid/Very Good
