I am training technique for MID players. Is there any bonus for player if he played friendly or for NT on other position (def or att). I am thinking that is no bonus, but not sure so I am asking this...

you´re right, there isn´t
and if he played friendly as def or att he will get no training, because only the position of the last match counts for training, and for him that´s the wednesday match

There is no training bonus, ok.

You should also regard the experience skill as a bonus. It raises faster with U21/NT matches
and something else: If you want later to sell the player, his selling value will be probably higher (many users prefer to buy players with international appearances)

I have 1 nt def and i want to rise up him techniques with training with mid players, because he is only 1 young def and have other young mid's...

I have head coach with 16, and 3 asistants with 15. But head coach have 15 in one skill which i will train in future, but asistant have 16 in that one skill. Who is better for head coach for that training ?

The one with 16...
It gives slightly more training to the training skill and you raise your assistants number by 1 in general cause you replace a 15 for a 16...

For the training of this particular skill it is better to keep the coach that has 16 in this skill as a head coach, however you have to consider side pops as well. It means that the head coach should have all the remaining skills as high as possible to let the players pop in everything. If the head coach will have let's say 5 in defence, you may forget about regular pops in this skill no matter how good assistants you have.
