i know general training should be +- 10% of normal training, but that is just not in my case .. because even players that have great talent doesnt do rpp on poor skill on 20 weeks

Then i asume that their talent isn't that great after all... 20 weeks for a full pop from poor to weak, even with only friendlies is not very good. (But 17 year old players can't be in your training for 20 weeks... 16 weeks top now if you bought them at the first opportunity)

Is there any outside source statistics page for Sokker that is still updated?

sokker.waw.pl is still in 2016 and that other one is old aswell, cant remember the name anymore.

Yeah, thats even more outdated. But there was a page where you could do the update yourself, i think it was the same one but there seems to be no update link anymore :(

Oh yeah, i meant the Dream Team website called "Sokpump" by scottish user rtg, also gone by now :(

Why juniors are not automatically promoted to the main team when they are over 21 years old.

Because they are less payed in school than in team?

if you take a look at his team , he has 58 seniors in his team, and 22 juniors until 25years.
I can say that this team is not managed.

There is a max number of players in a team ... So he cannot promote some junior if he had already too players in senior team.

Even though my supporters are madly in love with the club, every week I lose a few supporters instead of gaining supporters.
