Your browser have been configured in a way that if it encounter swf content it tries to save it instead of run it using flash or maybe You don't have flash installed or maybe Google already disabled flash content totally.

Does match viewer and tactic editor work in any browser for android??

Depends on the hardware i believe. But if it doesnt work in regular browsers you could try puffin browser. (For me that only works for matches, not tactics.)

I have some devices it works in firefox/dolphin, and others it doesn't work at all. Some devices only matches, but on my phone i can also do tactics.

I can't see 2d matches on my macbook using safari (it is saving a file instead of running the match). 3d matches are ok.

i think that maximal talent with excellent junior coach is somewhere between 4,5 and 5

I meant what talent is this with better youth coaches? So 4.6 with excellent is ? With formidable / outstanding / incredible etc.

Intuitively I would substract 0.2 for every additional coach skill. That would mean 4.6 with excellent = 3.6 with magical coach. Just a guess though.
