It's actually better to avoid small renovations cause every change will set project costs of 25k.
Say you expand every side with 3000 places, then you have 24000 extra places but also 200k extra costs. Yet the next time if you want to expand your stadium it'll cost another 25k for each side.
So the best option is to renovate 1 part and place 10k benches or seats with roof and expand your stadium gradually but every time with 1 piece at a time.
This way you only have 1 time project costs for each side.

Is there any updated poll were active users vote their training positions (GK, DEF, MID or ATT)? It would be interesting to know how many active users are training each position to get a glance of what is more valuable in the sokker market nowadays.

How should I set my stadium prices for the next game against a much bigger team?

I've only had one competitive match in my stadium, and had 288 people standing, another 475 in terraces, another 1254 on the benches while 870 in the new seats. Prices are as already set (3.2, 8, 15 and 20 respectively, in Canadian dollars). The 2888 people in this only match at my stadium were against a bot, while I have 281 supporters madly in love (each week 40 odd have been joining).

I'm not really sure why I can't challenge anyone for a friendly? For a few teams, I can challenge them for arcade, but I haven't been able to challenge teams with a free schedule (no cup or friendly scheduled)?

Did you register a friendly league? If yes, on Monday you will see that your calendar will be full.

I had initially, but quickly resigned and that friendly league is now full with other teams and "activated", without my team.

And even for teams with an open schedule, I see the message "No terms available". Either that, or there is only the option for scheduling arcade.

My bad, somehow I was registered for another friendly league which I don't remember registering for in the past. Strange, but my bad.

Why moving all transfers? 2 players that i had bid on are now gone from my office and i searched and found them on the transferlist. Now i have a problem that one bid expires at 10PM (was 10AM) and other 5:45 tomorrow morning, while it was about that time in the evening. For me now its hard to get those players.

Whats also funny is tomorrow from 5:59 till 12:00 is 0 players on transfer! So can atleast this be filled in with all these players and make this gap from 0:59 till 6:59 or something...

All moved due to the large outages. If these players sold during the outage, there would be no competition for them, and it would be unfair on the sellers

Any word on why the last two days there have been such long outages? Is the game about to die finally? Is it time to panic?

you have a transfer 6 hour gap tomorrow, this gap can be arranged differently and problem solved.

Also now you have no transfer time, which is ok, but they could make all today transfers still today, transfers from morning could been shifted 10hours, and then from noon 8 hours, and so on, in the end transfer which was planned at 9PM could be at 10PM.

Maybe the sokker devs are working and finally updating sokker lol
