I do not know the details about Your PC, but assuming that You have Windows 64-bit, You should download this:
http://www.rymek.user.icpnet.pl/download/0.13.3/windows-x86_64/sokker.zip

then unzip it to some directory, lets say c:\oSokker so the path c:\oSokker\Launcher.jar would be valid

then download SokkerViewer.exe from the link above and copy it to the directory where You unzipped sokker.zip (c:\oSokker in our example)

after that You should be able to run oSokker using SokkerViewer.exe

anyone knows statistics about how often do +30yr players drop on skills?

According to my stats it is totally random and it can begin with 28 (very rare)

well i think they start to drop when they are +- 34 more often, but it is just my feeling
