I got an injury on wednesday match, but the player didn't leave or substitute, he continued playing. After match I see he has 8 days injury (not slightly injury), today he is still 8 days injury and not slightly injury. Does he get the training?
Unfortunately no, because the training update happens before the injury update.

how many dt is normal for 27yrs old player to pop in pace from 15 magic to 16 unearthly?
in my calculations 9-10 weeks would be great with official matches

More like 10-12 weeks at this age I would say. Unless he is VERY talented and plays 2 games a week. And provided decent coaches (main coach with unearthly pace and 3 assistants at least very good).

In the same page you wiil also find a special section named tools. It´s about your last question :) Try both, Sokker Organizer and SokkerViewer. In the forum there are topics with informations about these programs (SO-Forum, SV-Forum).
It´s worth to spend a lot of time reading all informations given in the tutorial page. Give yourself the time to do it! :)
