How is that car ecofriendly ?

there is no such car as eco friendly as long as they have all sort of hazardouz fluids, such as car battery, fuel, co2 , etc....

Which is utter bullshit.
First of all, most car reviewers (all over the world) stated the Prius was the ecofriendliest car at the time I bought it.
Second of all, concerning the article in The Times, they compare a car with a petrol engine (Prius) to a car with a diesel engine (BMW). Seems hardly fair, doesn't it. In gallons the BMW barely topped the Prius, as in fuel cost. The first is logical since diesel engines need less fuel. Diesel usually is cheaper than petrol as well. They never mentioned that taxes for diesel-powered cars are higher, however. Neither was mentioned that diesel motors pollute more than petrol engines do.
A truly ecofriendly car still does not exist. At the time I bought my car, however, the Prius came closest.
