Ok, I need some advice:)

At the moment I improved the stadium to 20 000. Now I'm doing the 'seat upgrade'. I have finished all level 1 improvements both in stadium and in the training.

My staff is made of B level - both assistants, 6x coaches [3x u19], 2x marketing staff, 1x A level youth scout.

I have ~1m at my account and should get some good cash from the Cup games in nearest weeks.

What should I improve now? Should I gather the money and further improve the stadium, or should I improve the staff - if yes, then in what way?

Ah, one more question.

What is the difference in having one youth scout and two youth scout? Is it only in the number of youths that arrive or also in the LEVEL of youths they bring?

In other words, if I have two A-level scouts, will I get the same number of youths but better, or will I get more youths but on ~same level?

Same amount but better ones. Check the rules and do the math how much points you need for the scouts to reach whatever level you're aiming for. 7,43 estimated level is the max. and that's what you should aim for. Everything is explained extremely precisely there so you just need to do the calculations.

Ok, thanks a lot! Then I've been missing a lot...and I'm actually mostly interested in my youth school players, I thought if I have an A level scout, then I'm getting the best there is...

I hired another A and one B level scouts. Now my Projected Skill Level is 7.3, so almost max. I guess there's no point in going for the 7.43? Especially since I have only 7 youths at the moment, so if I reach ~15 I think I will have the max projected skill level.

7.43 is the max level you can get but levels of junior when they come into YS could be higher : 8.00 even 8.20.

My U19 team become to be good... Maybe a little sad that the growth of players is really low but YS system is nice.

I also have a question : is Marketer useful at the beginning ? Does he help to get more fans in stadium ?

I just read news [posted a couple hours ago...] that they are changing the staff system and they will delete ALL staff members

so I basically wasted ~700k for hiring new staff

suddenly I'm losing interest in this game...

It depends on how much income you make per week. If your income is very high, then you should improve your staff. Make your assistant coaches level A (both main squad and u19 squad). If you still continue having good income then upgrade your coaches to lvl A gradually.

The stadium size and its amenities as well as the training amenities should always be upgraded as soon as you possibly can.

You Will be refunded those 700k you spent. FS admin updated his post but nothing is set in stone yet. But he said that If he implements the New staff system then you Will be refunded the signing costs of your current staff members. So there is nothing to worry about. :)

But I still don't like the new recruitment system...

I dont like it either. Hopefully the admin changes his mind. Most People (like 99%) in the forum have expressed they dont like that idea either.

Im really pissed they closed my team without any notice explanation that i did not logged for a month is not correct the game is totally compromised for me

30 days is the time limit (unless you have PLUS, in that case your team can last without logging until your PLUS expires). In my opinion, the 30 days limit its too short. I think the admin should change it to 2 months.

Just startet with this game

i was logging every sunday probaly mised 2 weekends but that was not a month the problem is i never recived notification by email

If you need any advice just let me know. Although try not to open your youth academy in the first 2 seasons.
