Too late for that...especially since I still can't sack the academy scouts etc....

it's 11th week of season and I still can't sack anyone. the message says I will be able to sack players/staff after 12 weeks from reaching limit...I'm 90% sure I reached the limit 2-3 weeks before start of this season...

I told you when you started not to open the youth academy. :/

anyway, what's the point in limiting sacking the players and staff for 12 weeks?!

Ok, I could start sacking today. Sacked the scouts [I had 4 of them...didn't know I won't be able to sack them + didn't know I signed the contract with them automatically]

From -530k I'm back to +36k and still can sack a couple of players to get money

I barely get any supporters on the stadium, should I hire a marketing guy?

btw. when will my youths get out from academy? I have a couple of them who are training there for 11 weeks already

and they're quite good...I think?

Training system is really boring... Just one season doing... nothing.

OK, got my first three youths from academy :)

Are they any good? Should I play/train them in u19 or the main team?

All of them are 15yo. Judging by value, they are my best 3 players in whole team, including seniors. :D

Depends on what you think needs more strength now. Youth team players ask less salary but your income from them is lower and vice versa for your main.

My main and u19 are basically on the same level, only difference is that main team players are older. Going for 2nd promotion with u19 team, the main will probably stay in 2nd league [1st league, but it's second after Ekstraklasa :p]

my main team's league is quite funny btw. - one team has 21 points, 5 teams have 18 points:)) with 2 games to go, much can change...

but to be honest, my main concern is training - since my 15-16yo academy products will be better than my 1st team players I'm thinking about moving them directly to the main team. Then I could hire a decent Assistant for main team and give the best prospects better training.

At the start of new season I will be able to field a team made of current 15/16yo's on these positions:

MC - MC - AML - AMC - AMR - ST

+ I will have one additional AMR, so I will change position of one players to MC/DMC depending on his skills

so basically I will have a 6/7 16yo players in main team, whole midfield and attack + bench striker, with a GK coming in 6 weeks from now [15yo, 7.80]

all I need now is defenders from the academy:P

Yeah, new season has just started. Last season was a great one for me, managed to win my main squad first division shield-title for the 2nd time, the main squad national cup for the 2nd time also and the u19 national cup for the 1st time. Also mananed to promote my u19 team to the first division. I wasnt that lucky in the FS cups (main and u19) because I had to face two big teams very early in both u19 and main squads FS cups. Hopefully I do better in this season FS cup.

Today I decided to expand my training ground and the east zone of my stadium. In 30 days from now my stadium will have capacity for 16k spectators:



Will probably end up being 20k at the end of this season.
