Yeah, new season has just started. Last season was a great one for me, managed to win my main squad first division shield-title for the 2nd time, the main squad national cup for the 2nd time also and the u19 national cup for the 1st time. Also mananed to promote my u19 team to the first division. I wasnt that lucky in the FS cups (main and u19) because I had to face two big teams very early in both u19 and main squads FS cups. Hopefully I do better in this season FS cup.

Today I decided to expand my training ground and the east zone of my stadium. In 30 days from now my stadium will have capacity for 16k spectators:



Will probably end up being 20k at the end of this season.

Can you give me some advice what I should do with my money now?

Both my teams plan in second league [League 1]

I have 1m at my account

I have 2028 supporters

My weekly finances are between -20k and +5k

Stadium: all stands built, each has 1000 places = 4000

my 'platform' [??] is at Level 1

i haven't built any upgrades yet [should I upgrade to benches for 330k?]

I have built two outdoor training pitches

my Staff is very weak now:

Level 'A' Scout 9.05
Two 'B' u19 coaches
Three 'C' main coaches
1x 'C' marketing man
'C' Assistant manager
'C' u19 Assistant manager

I have some nice youths already in the u19 team [~700k value each]

I also have nice youths in academy:

15, AMC, 8.07, 12 week
15, AMC, 7.47, 12 week
16, AML, 8.33, 11 week
15, GK, 8.00, 9 week
16, MC, 7.73, 6 week
15, DC, 6.33, 2 week
15, DC, 6.13, 2 week

My u19 team has bigger chance of winning the league. Every youth I take from Academy is much better than my Main Team players. At the moment my plan is that I use the best youths in u19 teams and if I have 2 for same position, then the worse one goes to the Main team.

So - what should I use my money for? Improving the training staff? If yes, then who should I hire?

My main goal is to improve my young players as much as possible. Maybe I should promote all my best youths to Main Team and invest in training for Main Team? At the end of this season I should be able to field a whole 11 made from 15-16yo players.

Well, I would recommend that you upgrade your stadium to benches, that way you can raise the price of the seats in your stadium (after you upgrade to benches) and you will make more money when your team plays home matches. Then wait 2 weeks to see if you make good money, then after that, hire a "B Level" U19 assistant coach if you want to improve the training of your youth team, and another "B level" u19 coach (only if you are making good money, otherwise dont hire this one). That for now, remember to avoid going negative in your finances.

Check your "media" (in the office menu) now and sign two sponsor contracts, dont forget to set your associates fees also.

I would do this. Concentrate on one team and place your young players there...

The problem is though that the Main Assistant is much more expensive than the u19 one. I guess I will concentrate on the u19, maybe I will even reach the 1st league, since I will have a very nice first team in next season :)

New changes have been announced, one of them is the new layout design, which in my opinion looks beautiful without any doubt. Its going to be implemented around the second half of this new season.

I really love this new design they will implement. What do you guys think?.

By the way, training was updated. Players now need 1200 training points (TP) to increase the level of a skill if this level is below his potential number. If the skill level is the same as the potential number or above, then it will need 2400 TP. This was made to avoid too many superstars. I like this change even though there was negative feedback about it in the FS forum.

The reason it received negative feedback is because it wasn't announced before it was implemented. Changes like these make it more difficult to plan ahead.

Could someone please give me some training tips, I have been playing for about a month now, but still I use "standard" training. I would really like to customize training for my players, but I simply dont know how :-(

So please help me.

Concentrate on one part of your team - youth or seniors - and try to get as soon as possible the maximal trainingstaff for that part of your team. Start with scouts at the moment you have full trainingstaff in U19 and go immediately for the max if possible. Otherwise wait with starting. In the meantime build amenities and stadiumstructures and keep your squad small.

For training : look in the rules to what skills are important for a certain position and train for example the most important skills to the potential of the player. Train 10 % position, 1 skill 50% and 1 skill 40 %. In that way a player will evolve relatively quick.

Now I have setup my costumized training for every position ...... The next step will be what ?
I have tried to press every player and tick "Cosutmize training" but it doesnt seem that my players get costumized training.

If you have adjusted the values on the bars just click on save settings on the right and it will change...

And make sure you have put an intensity to train and save that as well ;-)
