Why if a player (probably this happens only for Goalkeepers) played for NT and get a minimum rating 11-12(this is happening if the opponent team didnt have a shot against the keeper and he did not touch the ball) it doesnt count as an appearance for NT at his statistics??
For example Volli Sale from my team played 9 games with Eesti U21 http://sokker.org/player_stats/PID/34476608 and it shows that he has only 7 appearances with his national team.

This has been so always, in every country.
In 'normal' matches it's not unusual to happen to the GK (it's quite rare for any player in a field position not to intervene in at least a play chance), when there is a huge diference in levels between two NTs, not to touch a ball (generating real stadistics for him, which is what flags him as 'having actively played') if the rival does not create a single dangerous event for him to intervene (yet it's enough a long pass without danger which the GK simply cacthes, as long as he touches a ball with is active).
Since the reasoning for this can be ok, as it prevents to 'cap' extra players entering as subtitutes in the very last minutes only for then to get a free 'NT mark' (to get better prcise for them in the market later, or putting them all togheter in a cornen, so they do not get injuries), it can affect unfairly GKs who may perfectly have played the full match.
Alread reported in the past. But if nothing has been done until this date... well, you always can maintain the hope of it happending some day, id you wish...
