This is a BUG, right?

I said that because for the rules talent of players go of 3 to 7, with the imperfection of coach's evaluation I accept values until 14 or 15, with 100% of fail in the range, but 30.15 is more than 400% of fail range...

PS.: The player is in the youth school until 16 yo and this value is calculate by OSOKKER tool.

As you say yourself, this i a OSOKKER bug, and not a bug from the game. Osokker is an unofficial extra tool.

All numbers except age and skill level is from osokker.
