The idea its not mine. I see this mode of bid contest in REDACTION game of american football.

You make your bid as a MAXIMUM VALUE THAT YOU ACCEPT to pay - and can change that offer only for more. The final bid offer is, for example, 500 euros more than second most bigger offer.

Understood?

Not really.

You say like a "blind auction" ? (leilão às cegas).
Where we make offers without knowing other peoples offers ?

Yeah, but if you offer was $1.000.000 (the highest) and mine is $500.000 (the second higher), the player will be sell by $500.500, for example, by you.

you don't know people maximum bids, but until the deadline not come you can see who is buying and the value. So, you can increase you max bid until your team show like buyer.

I could say SEMI-BLIND AUCTION because you don't know maximum bid of actual buyer, but you know the maximum bid of the second buyer and can increase yours until you want.

Maybe the reason this isn't implemented is that with this idea you can't get deals, or not that often. Unfortunate for people outside the timezone of Europe as most players are from Europe and bids is a live feature.

Why not? Its just put the inicial offer without costs for the seller team. There is not a good reason to made that with this system that I said.

Why not? Because you don't have to be online to bid. So many more people can 'join' the bidding, but without being online at that moment.

Not that it matter anymore, with this few managers left to get new young players all players with reasonable skills are getting more expensive.

supply and demand

This can happen, yes. The price of players will ajust fairly and in the end of all the market will be better. Inflation can happen, but with this the training will be more encouraged and play this game will be more easy, and this will bring new managers.

Of course, its a opinion.

+1, This actual system is stupid, boring.
you dont have to spend our times on TL to wait again and again the last minute to check if another slow-bidder players dont' put 1$ more to win a TL.
