coach of Greece confused with the rules and he said that he thought the match was with only U27
and he didn't used 28yo players, which we can do in this week
He is a great manager and we need our respect for his decisions
so the only thing that I keeping for this game is that we had no injuries

The qualifications matches for the next World Cup just started, Today we gave a very big battle against Uruguay a very strong oppoment,
at the end of that fight, we were the ones who smiled. Compared with the previous qualifications, now we started that race with a different way, Better, but as you may have noticed the Group is very competitive. Average mark of Uruguay and Venezuela is bigger than us, even china's is too closed form us. Our big problem is that Right now our defense line is in bad condition today with very difficulty we cut even butter. Ι hope as time goes on the form of our defenders to will be better

I want to use this opportunity to open up an discussion about the youngsters aged 22+.
How can we guarantee they don't get out of sight in their age s of 22 to let's say 25 when they are not yet interesting for the senior NT?
I have been chasing some guys recently that were sold at the age of 17 or 18 and found out that some of them (very few though but anyway) were interesting for the U21 after some months of training, but we simply lost contact to the player and his manager.
Nowadays we are having e. g. Blasius Bercik who for sure will be a big sustain for the NT in a few month's time. What if loop decides to sell him and the new manager does not care about updating, Bercik will drop out of the data base and will be out of sight and forgotten.
I have thought a lot about that and the only solution that is easy and makes sense would be putting former U21 players on the "favorites" list in sokker in order to be able to observe their development continuously.
Anyhow this is limited to 50 players (what for sure is too less) and I don't know if it is even less for those who don't have plus.
What does the community think about this plan? I'd suggest that one should focus on every part of the team and call myself as responsible for MIDs and GK. Does anyone want to take over DEFs or ATTs - or is there any other idea?

I think cranber makes at the beginning of the season a list of relevant players! So he signals at least on NT level that the player can still be an issue for the NT and in the friendly matches he regularly uses young players.
When I was an U21 coach, I always told the owners that their players can be an issue for the NT. You have to recognize which players can still be interesting for the NT and which not. Those who rather can't make it, you can communicate that way. For example, a striker with a skill sum of 36 for strikers at the end of 21 is more likely to fail, because there will be a better one.
By the way, the NT has benefited a lot from the U21. I can proudly say that since seasons in the NT many former U21-players are playing who I have looked after. For example, yesterday only Humbert Haller [34094178] played, whom I didn't know at all. Otherwise, all the players who played for the U21 in the past were former players.
Experience shows that managers from Austria are important for the development of players between the ages of 22 and 26.

inside and from my personal lists that I have created, grouped by GK DEF MID and ATT
for example here is the list of Defenders that i am watching
These lists are linked and upadated with the export files from NTDB.
but they and work separately. So if someone lost from NTDB, will still be on my lists but without any updates.
In that list I highlight also the last update of every player by the carrent season, the previous season and last before of 2 seasons. and also by DACH or NOT onwers, The players are there by wage / age criteria
The aim is during the season to have as many players as we can up to date
this time I have started the procedure for this season

of course there is the posibility players to have missed from our attention but i think many filters work from all of us and may be a very small number, in any case every improvement is welcome and it will be my pleasure to participate
