Hey Majo77,no need to thank me im using the best we have and so far,
Urban Kalinovský and Jerguš Kapala are 2 of the best.

I want to inform you what is the best for those 2.
When you finish pace you must start defence !they are both low at this skill (12).
They need to be at least (14) and they will be ready not only for the Qualification next season but for your -
First eleven team also.

I see many players in data after 2 months and they are not improve
in any primary skill and is sad!
If they are not improve now ..then when??

The truth is not many players from this team will follow the NT in the future.

Two words for the coaches we must have.Its a reminder ofc.
If we want good results in training the Head coach must be unearthly [16]
And we must have at least 3 magical [15] Assistants.

Friendly with Latvija this week and the deal is both teams to use 3 players (maximum) 21 years old.
I'm happy for this to be honest,as i can use 3 very good players.

Zlatko Prikopa(20y.) he will be the keeper and meaby i will use in the second half Dorko too.

Bad news for our back R. Hajtinger(20y.),injured for almost a month!
And it was the last time he played in defence,a talk i had with his owner told me the player will be midfield,so the next time i will use him in midfields line.
He will replaced by Jerguš Kapala(20y.)
Vladislav Ceglár(21y.) he will be at the center of the defence line.

Ladislav Schipka(21y.) is the second who will help in midfields line.
We need players like him for the passing game.

And final Oto Vanga(21y.) in good form coming back to help at strikers line.
Latvija is a tuff team and we must play good for the win.

First time i see the team with average mark 55!
Anyway we was perfect and we got an easy win.
So many times i want to say for Zdenko Ramikovič,he is ''rock'' in defence and he can be
mvp in almost any match!

With Österreich the next Friendly tommorow.
Both teams are close to the same level and quality,it's a derby for sure.

I will have to take a risk in the defence,and use Félix Rajnič(19y) at backs.
He is making a debut and seems promising player.He is not ready,
but we have a lot of problems here.
I will move Jerguš Kapala(20y) in the center.

Radomír Prášek(20y) he is one of the midfields i wait so long to use him.
He is not in good form,but i think he is in a good way this time,and extra minutes can help him more.
Debut for him also,Patrik Simrák(20y) he will replace him at the second half.

I have some good news for the strikers but is for the future.We will talk about in time.
For tommorow Gregor Krivijanský(20y) in full form he will start the mach.
Florián Biksadský(20y)and Gustáv Hrudka(20y) are ready to play too.
Oto Jariega(20y) lost his tactical discipline after the transfer but meaby he play too as a sub.

Nice match,we got a ''professional'' win today.
Both teams have chances to score but in the second half we are much better.
R. Prášek was not good,but it was a risk,his form is bad,and we see the different when -
P. Simrák replace him at the second half.
Not bad Debut for F. Rajnič.
Well .. we got a Goalkeeper today! Z. Prikopa was excellent,i must talk with
his owner for his skills,but he is not so active.

We have the V4 tournament next week.
I will try to make a deal for the fair play,Slovakia is far lower level from those 3 teams.
We play with players that they would never use!

My idea is to use 3 21y. old maximum.
