This is the season program,we do not have U20 team,players are low in training,
the most of them,i will see what i can do in time.

I want to write down some things about training.
Most will be a remind becouse everyone know about.

Pace:is the most important skill of the game,without it we have a half train player
no matter how high is the primary skill.


Deffenders having 2 first skills, pace-defence and we need to have those 2 as high as possible!
but without secondary (technique-playmaker) skills they will do a lot of mistakes.

Midfields they need both playmaking and pass high,if one of them is low,then low will be
the game of that midfield player
Ofc midfields is the most difficult train coz they need technic too and deffence
But wingers dont need defence and def-mid potision no need divine playmaking-pass,or technic
if we can't give them at the end.

A forward need pace-technic-attack,if one of them is low,then is almost worthless,
for a NT we need those 3 in high position.
From my experiance pace and attack is priority and coming technic too.

Today i want to talk about Academies.(soon i will open one too)
We must have in mind this :

For decent youngsters
16 y. need to finish the school at least - good [7]+
17 y. they must be formidable [11]+
18 y. incredible [13]+
19-20 y. more than brilliant [14]+ when they finish their training from Academy.

Delete players are slow to improve and have always open free space
for newcomers.
Usually in one week we will have 1-3 youngsters,and the next one 4-6.
If we can affort an Academy,we must all open one,if we want healthy
National Teams.

Tommorow we start the first match of this season against Colombia U21.
Everything is ready,i see the forms and i choose 16 players.
I will not write how we will play or who will be in first eleven,but i will give you some info.

Keeper:Dušan Sadecký(21y.) the best we have so far and he is ready to play.

Defence: Alan Gombita(21y.) i like him he is ready to play at the center of the defence.
Sebastián Talaga(20y.) he is the next generation of this line he will play at backs.
Mário Šuran(21y.) will help at center too.

Midfields:Vojtech Katulčík(21y.) he is reday to ''break'' the opponent defence.
Ladislav Schipka(21y.) will do the same job.
Vincent Šmid(21y.) Debut for him,for the ''dirty'' work,with Dominik Kľúčovský(21y.) as a partner.

Forwards:Our star is ready Oto Vanga(21y.) still waiting info from his owner,
Debut and check for Matej Ivančo(20y.) still waiting info for him too !!
Edmund Piecka(21y.) will help in this line too.
