I don't understand the tactics/formation we are playing. Rooney at the moment is acting as some form of box-to-box attacking midfielder, we have the two CB's playing incredibly deep with Carrick joining them also. The wingers are playing high and are not helping protect the full backs, and the remaining strikers are not taking the chances. I don't understand it, yesterday we looked as if we had virtually no midfield because of how high the wingers and strikers were, and how deep our CB's and DFM's were.

I'm a bit biased on the matter but KDB is an exceptional midfield player. The guy has got it all and I fail to comprehend how he's not a regular in the side. Kevin can play any midfield role with consummate ease, apart from pure DM. Schürrle, Willian, Oscar, Ramires, .. they are not better than him. It's a mystery.
And loaning out Lukaku. Talk about shooting yourself in the leg :D Good news for Belgium though.
