NT Requirements, Skills Updates and Season Calendar

Actualización de Habilidades

Para actualizar las habilidades se recomienda usar la base de datos creada por tenuco: Pueden encontrarla aquí.
Para poder actualizar sus jugadores allí deben previamente pedirme que lo incluya en la base (darme el PID del jugador). Una vez incluído, ustedes pueden ir al enlace de arriba e ingresar su usuario y contraseña de sokker, y el programa actualizará el jugador automáticamente (solamente el jugador ingresado previamente, y aclaramos que ninguna clave o contraseña se guarda en la base de datos).
Para quienes no confíen en nuestra base o prefieran no ingresar su contraseña, la opción es actualizar por sk-mail tanto sea a mi aquí como a tenuco. Pueden enviarnos las actualizaciones indistintamente.

Además Checheba se está encargando de hacerle un seguimiento a un listado particular de jugadores, que son:

Skills Updating

To update the player skills we recomend you use the Database tenuco created: You can find it here.
In orden to update the skills there, you should previously notify us about the player and give us his PID, so I can include him in the database. Once there, you simply go to the above link and enter your Sokker username and password, and the program will update only the skills of the given player (no passwords are saved in the database).
For those who dont trust our databse and prefare not to enter sokker password there, the other option is to send the update by sk-mail to here or to tenuco. You can send the updates to any of us.
In addition to that, user Checheba is in charge of tracking the performance and receiving the updates of the skills of a particular list of players, which is the following:

Requerimientos Mínimos

Lo primero que hay que decir es lo siguiente: las citaciones de selección son para partidos puntuales. El que un jugador no esté actualmente citado no significa que no sea considera como "jugador de selección". Existe un tope de jugadores que pueden permanecer citados y por ello no siempre los jugadores permanecen semana a semana en la selección, pero a la hora de actualizar las habilidades les pido consideren a sus jugadores como "jugadores de selección" y manden las actualizaciones.
Estos requisitos son para jugadores mayores de 24 años. Para jugadores menores de esa edad se tomará en cuenta la posibilidad de que, dadas sus habilidades y su talento, correctamente entrenados, puedan lograr a un nivel similar o superior al indicado al llegar a esa edad.
Los requisitos aquí presentes son simplemente una referencia para que los entrenadores sepan qué entrenar o hacia dónde orientar a su jugador, pero por supuesto también tendremos la flexibilidad necesaria para analizar el caso de cada jugador puntualmente aunque no cumpla todos estos requisitos. Si ese fuera el caso, simplemente contáctenos y los orientaremos acerca del futuro del jugador.

GOLEROS

> portería al menos divino (17)
> rapidez al menos destacada (12)
> pases al menos excelente (10)

DEFENSAS

> defensa al menos mágica (15)
> rapidez al menos mágica (15)
> técnica + pases + creación al menos 27

MEDIOCAMPISTAS

> creación + pases + técnica al menos 37
> rapidez al menos brillante (14)

Si creación + pases + técnica + rapidez suman 56, por favor ignoren el siguiente requerimiento. De lo contrario:

> defensa o anotación (una de ellas) al menos destacado (12).

ATACANTES

> anotación + técnica + rapidez al menos 44

Si anotación + técnica + rapidez suman 47, por favor ignoren el siguiente requerimiento. De lo contrario el jugador deberá satisfacer también al menos una de las condiciones que se mencionan a continuación:

> pases + creación al menos 20
> defensa al menos formidable (11)

Minimun Requirements

First of all take into account that being part of the NT doesnt mean that your player will be permanently convoked. Your player can be out of the list this week but he is still part of the NT. Remember that I can only have a limited number of players convoked at the same time, but I consider a greater number of players as "part of the NT". So please update player skills even if your player is not currently convoked to play this week.
The present requirements are for players with an age of 24 or above. For younger player we require a combination of skills, talent and training that would possibly take the player to reach a similar or superior level at the age of 24.
The present requirements are for reference only. They were meant for managers to know what to train and which direction to follow in order to take their players to the NT, but obviously we are flexible enough to consider other players, and if your player doesnt meet exactly the below requirements please dont hesitate to contact us that we will consider the player circumstance case by case and give you orientation.

GOALKEEPERS

> keeper at least divine (17)
> pace at least outstanding (12)
> passing at least excellent (10)

DEFENDERS

> defender at least magical (15)
> pace at least magical (15)
> tecnique + passing + playmaking at least 27

MIDFIELDERS

> playmaking + passing + tecnique at least 37
> pace at least brillant (14)

If playmaking + passing + tecnique + pace count 56, please ignore the requirement below. Else:

> defender or striker (one of them) at least in outstanding (12).

ATTACKERS

> striker + tecnique + pace at least 44

If striker + tecnique + pace count 47, please ignore the requirement below. Else the player should satisfy at least one of the following conditions:

> passing + playmaking at least 20
> defender at least formidable (11)
