Charles is a great player. Train him def and pace all the way :)

then, how about his chance to become mid? if I train him def, wouldn't his pm become redundant? though his tech & pass didn't help it either :p

pm is never redundant :) makes him keep the ball on the pitch instead of kicking it out of bounds :) Or make decent passes even with low passing. As a mid he has 2 skills which are very very low. Its possible to make a decent mid, but he`ll be 20 before he has solid tech and passing while he can be double incredible on pace and def at that time

My junior have drop level in Youth school. Can it happen now? *confused*

awal masuk average[5], dah sekolah selama 16 minggu..jadi kira2 talentanya 3,2... :)

drop level? i've experienced it too. what makes me so emotional is that drop happened just before they graduate,i mean, i've expected that i'll have a formidable youth but then i just have excellent youth! and yesterday, my 16 years old trainee was drop skill level from solid to avarage .. x(
