I think all the 500 positions would be Polish teams, and no one cares about polish teams :D

I had planned on including Polish teams but there were so many of them that the top 500 would have been 80% Polish.

I'll settle for that. Try and crack the top 200 for next season.
These rankings could quite easily be used for something resembling the champions league. If you were to invite the top 64 (some would reject, offer then to the club below) there's enough space for a group stage and then a knockout.
I quite like this idea actually. I could fit it inbetween the SIC.

Ranks suck :) too big influence of friendlies. I'm lower in the rank than one guy who spent all his 'career' in Vth and VIth league :)

OMG... there are lots of frindly matches in a season man... THIS ARE REALLY BAD NEWS...

yes it does, it always did...that's why it sucks...

I guess it was veeery difficult for the devs to perform a more realistic ranking...

I guess it was very difficult to just consider the official matches...

I guess the engine would explode in 1000 pieces if the ranking had been done seriously...

Man, the "friendly matches" is the place we have to check the tactics, to train young players, etc, etc, etc... why should anybody in the world thing that considering the frindly matches in a ranking could be interesting???!!!

It doesn't matter if you are not the number 1.


IMO, It is the same NT ranking, so the number is calculated in the same way (with friendlies and official matches). It is called simplicity and I go for it.

so, what's the problem?
