Subject: about coaches...

what should you look for in a head coach? is it only a couple of skills or should all his skills be decent? for example, i might want to train stamina for a couple of weeks, then pace and/or technique.. should i only worry about those skills when looking for a coach?

Cause you´re new with the game and won´t have much money, I would buy cheap coaches on the transfer market. unearthy in the trained skill (so first unearthy stamina, then a new one with unearthy pace,...) and no matter about the others. Later it will be great to have better coaches, but you can´t afford them yet.

Well it depends on how much you can afford but ideally you want a coach who is unearthly in everything, so you can maximise secondary training. If you dont have decent assistants though, get unearthly in whatever you plan on training.

If you plan on a short stint in stamina and then on to something else i would recruit (not buy) somebody by setting magical stamina and unsatsifactory on all the other skills. You should get a coach costing about 5 834 $ in wages with max stamina. Then once you're done with him, sack him and do a similar thing for your head coach.

To save a little money in the long run, i would do the same as above, but on perhaps 2, maybe 3 skills you will train one after the other. Ideally you want unearthly in these 3 and as low as possible in the others to keep wages down.

and go ahead with stamina training also ;)

i have a question about the ass coaches, when you have the ass coaches which way is the best, to i have good result example have 3 ass coaches (1 is Formidable & 2 exelent ) or (1 incredilble)

because if i work with the numbers the results comes that 1 incredible is better than the other 3 (1 is Formidable & 2 exelent )

and if i count on 1 incredible comes Total 13

nobody knows the exact formula, but it seems that you have to sum up the general level of all your assistants to get an idea about the quality of their work.

Ass coaches have meaning only if you want to train your players for a loong time - the time for untrained skill to pop is at least 30 weeks from what I've seen and so I've chosen a better solution lower skilled and cheap trainers(solid and very good) and a coach with the needed for att training main skills and low others.

yes exactly , i calculate on the general skill of my ass coaches , that's why i want to know because with this 3 assistant i have the wage of around 35000€ and i start thinking if i sack them and i spend 8000€ more to engaged another one (example brilant or magical with 43k we can find) which one is good if with 3 or with one example magical
