i have two players who have injuries one for 15 days, the other one for 17 days. is there any way to speed the healing of these players? does it actually take that many days to be able to play again?

no you cant change that. and he can play as slightly injured (plays bad and bigger risk for injury ), and the injury time can change +/- 1/2 days, so maybe after 14 and 16 days they will be top fit :)

depends on the age. Young players heal faster.
