I'm not sure how big of a surprise is it but ... USA - England 6:2.England's mark was around 7.5 points bigger in the match so I guess the score is pretty strange :)
England is heavily underperforming this season.
Both NTs (US and England) dropped a lot in rankings, I think they're around 30 place.

I've just seen the match. The position of England's striker is ok, because USA played with a high defline. In front of the goal he wasn't placed well, because he was too far away of the goal.
But the main reason for this defeat is the defense, that allowed the opponent to pass easily directly to the strikers heads in front of the goal. And the defline was confused sometimes...communication was bad:)
But the thought was not bad...there were three central defenders and two protecting the wing, which was absolutely right. But the defline did not move away from the own goal...so it was pretty easy for the USA.

We have nothing to loose.Nobody tell us anything if we will loose because you have much better team.But imagine if you dont win us.In that case where will you hide?

Anyway, if we dont qualify, it would be a sad result. But not completely abnormal. I've been telling from before this WC that the top is widening very fast. Belgium's situation ... and moreover Bulgaria's created situation just prove my points.
