did you train pace after he turned 30/31? if so, then it's not really a valid example :p

I didn't train pace since 5 seasons, although I think the last seasons of pace he didn't play almost any match

It depends on the training plan of his new owner ;)

he shouldn't reach 5x18 imho. He should get offmid/att training.

as much as I know his new owner at least Lennart will be trained and should not be sacked :)
