Our league and NT are rubbish but still I know quite a lot about football and don't pick the best passer in real like football based on his FIFA-98 skills.. ;D And don't compare the Finnish and Polish leagues, they have some quality teams and a good atmosphere there.

I come from a small town and we once had a Canadian striker there. He was fast as hell but couldn't do anything with the ball. Then in one Eurocup game he scored a couple of goals against a Romanian team, got a contract there and later on became a MLS player and a Canadian NT-player. I guess he is still fast compared to those semi-retired 40yo players who come to MLS to earn the rest of the pension money and to drink beer.

I watch every single Chelsea match and I can tell you he definitely is the best passer in the world.
Modric and verratti are other good mentions, but nobody can pick a pass like him. TBH I don't even know what his passing is on FIFA...

You are right giovinco and dos santos are old shitty players just there to drink beer. Why didn't they go to Finland or Poland, right?
